Its not the greatest BK i’ve been to but its definitely not the worst. The McDonald’s across the way had drive throu times over 20 minutes and gave me cold food. BK took 60’s from ordering to my hands. The drive throu attendant was polite and fast. I dont expect anything other than this from a drive throu and BK delivered. The wifi speeds were 16.94Mbps down and 4.64Mbps up. That is amazingly fast for free wifi. If I ever need a place to hang and get some food, this BK will be towards the top of my list when i’m close to home.

We stopped at the Burger King in Elkhorn this morning and had the person inside yelling at us and being extremely rude over the speaker. When we pulled up to the window I asked to speak with the manager and was promptly informed that she was the manager… the same person that was yelling at us. I told her that she needed to fix her attitude and she slammed the window in our face! Service is Service no matter where we eat. I checked with corporate reviews and these kind of complaints seem to be common place. How do you stay in business??? We certainly will never support this kind of behavior !!!

The employees r not even suitable to work at burger king, inside is nasty and actually got to the pont for me where I just left before even eating… don’t waste ur time here, I’d rather have taco bell n e way.

Worst BK. Dirty inside. The person taking my order had food stains all over their uniform. With only 2 customers, it still took 15 minutes to get a Whopper!

Ok so all the lights are on I can see people inside I drive up to the drive thru and nobody takes my order I asked if anyone is there nothing i know there open but I guess they decided they didn’t need to take any orders so way to go workers at bk way to earn your minimum wage

OK so Ive reviewed this BK3 times and maybe it should of been a follow up but oh well it is what it is. Now these guys are the worst. They’ve quickly climbed down on the ranks and have hit rock bottom. I wish there was an option for 0 stars, but I guess one will have to make due! Let me start off by explaining that I work for a private engineering firm hired to do some survey work in there area. Thus, BK is near-convenient-and quick for a quick restroom break. So that’s why we’ve returned until the last visit. We will return no more! 1st visit — my coworkers went in for some breakfast: We asked for a #1 combo and the employee said, «we are out of croissants.» OK… moving on we will have a #2 combo instead… she said, «sorry we are out of wraps too!» Well shit we gave up and just walked out with a cup of coffee. Well the manager gave my coworker a discount but didn’t give me nothing. I had to pay full price for my drink which was soooo WRONG! 2nd visit — My coworker ordered a coffee and got it fairly quickly. I was next in line and stood there for 3 minutes. YES! I kept track! As if you haven’t noticed I’m HUGE on customer service! The employee who surprisingly was the manager was working the cash register. She didn’t even acknowledge me! She walked in front of me as if I was not there. Not even a ‘hello” or «hi» or «I’ll be right with you.» After her third pass we all looked at each other and walked out! Yeah, I was like«terds!!! am I ugly, invisible or just completely someone to poop on!» We should of stopped right there, but unfortunately because we are working so close by and its hard for us to travel or stop and eat we just pick up and go and continue working with food in hand… no joke! 3rd visit — We sent our driver/coworker to pick up some take out. To make it easy we all asked for combos! «3 #1’s with cheese, 3#2’s with cheese so on right.» Well the people screwed up again and really ruined their lunch rush of customers. THEYHADNOFRIESORONIONRINGS! YES can you believe it??? I’m wasn’t surprised just shocked that this manager has really grasped the momentum of running that business down! Apparently, they had ruined the frying grease and for some reason were not taking action. So the question is… Did they run out of food or ruin the frying grease??? Either way, it was a bad bad move! So I wrote a simple 500 limit straight to the point email to customer service and this was there response: FROM:

Out of tomatoes here too, plus a lot of time they’re out of the XT Steaks. This has happened to me more than once now, and its really frustrating. Might call ahead and ask what they even have on the menu rather than expecting a hamburger.
