Burger King

It’s burger king. I don’t have anything bad to say really accept that I got skimped on my ice cream on such a hot day I was sad. D: They got our order correct and got it out fast though. The people were friendly, I would come back but next time I want more ice cream in my cup! Please and thanks. (:

Another day, another adventure into the seedy underbelly that is Omaha’s fast food scene… Granted, one Burger King is just as good as the next… but it seems the further west you go, the marginally better they get… And I had to go all the way to 144^th street to find the «best» yet… I ordered my usual, a chick sandwich with no lettuce and extra mayo meal… the manager was the one to ring me up… friendly enough fellow I suppose… the food actually came out correct, though I did have to go back up and get my Hershey pie… no big deal… checked out their bathroom… While certainly not the festering science experiment that most fast food bathrooms are, it was also no prize either… heaven forbid my sensitive cheeks ever having to grace their dingy toilets… If I’m ever out this way again and just fiending for Burger King, I’d stop by again… maybe

This is THE WORST Burger King in the history of Burger King. I live near by and have had the same terrible experience each time I have visited. The staff is incredibly slow, inconsiderate, and inept. One instance includes being over charged and apologized to, but not offered a refund until I asked for the manager. The manager didn’t apologize, just stared blankly and handed me cash. Then, after waiting about 15 minutes (IMO too long for fast food, especially at an empty restaurant), got an order that was vaguely accurate. Fries were missing and the wrong condiments were put on the burgers. I have made the mistake of giving them several chances to redeem themselves, but continued to have very long waits and incorrect orders. Now, if needing a quick meal, I will drive to 120^th and Center or 175^th and Center to the visit the competent Burger Kings at those locations. Avoid this location at all costs unless you have plenty of time to kill and like to be surprised with what you get in your orders.

Just a run of the mill burger King. Just like thousands around the country. This one could be modernized and be kept cleaner.

I ususally dont’ take the time to complain about fast food but this was pretty lame. I sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before anyone took my order (1:35:pm on a sunday) and then I had to wait and wait and wait… because I ordered the fish… I expected a 3 – 4 minute wait… but 10 was about more than I could handle… they acutally asked me if I wanted something else but thier attitudes were less than sympathetic… what a waste of my lunch hour!

I have kids so I end up going to a lot of Burger Kings. This one is always clean and orderly. The customers service is always good. Now the food is ok the same as anyother Burger King but don’t tell my kids that they would rather go there than the resturants with the very best food.
