Chem-Dry of Omaha

We called and setup an appointment with Chem-​Dry. We got all our furniture out of the room we were having cleaned. Chem-​Dry showed up, right on time I might add. I asked them to pull around back as we don’t have a front drive. I showed them the room that needed the carpet cleaned as was right through the back door. They came in and looked at the room and was wondering how they could get their hose into the room. They told me their hose can not hit the ground since there was snow on it. So they left to go call their boss as the two boys didn’t know what to do. After 15 min they came back and told me they could not do the job as I did not provide them with a paved, clean, free of snow path to run their hose. Couple things wrong with this, we were never told this was a pre-​requisite to get our carpet cleaned (I have never hired a professional to do my carpet — now I know why and not sure how they can use the word «professional»). The biggest issue I have if they don’t want their hose to hit the ground that has snow on it then bring a long a few simple saw horses, and I am sure they make something just for hoses. Not a very happy customer as now struggling to get my carpet cleaned before my new furniture arrives. Oh and I forgot to say they did offer to help move my furniture back in (and why would I do that when I need my carpet cleaned first?) Maybe I should ask them back when the job is done.

Chem-​Dry of Omaha does a fantastic job cleaning not only carpets but upholstery. I want to thank Ken for his attention to detail and fair pricing. He makes it seem as if he’s cleaning his own house. No shortcuts here. I would recommend Ken’s services to anyone. Keep up the great work!

Chem Dry is awesome! We have had stains on our carpet for years that other cleaners couldn’t get out. But after chem dry was finished the stains were gone and our house smelled brand new! They got rid of all the dog urine stench too.
