Dishonest with horrible service! Use Any other repair shop you can.
I researched them on line and called to verify the price. $ 88 for i6 screen repair. When I went in and was told that it was $ 120 + tax. They refused to honor the price they have in print on line. After showing the rep my screen shot of the advertised price I agreed out of urgency to pay a higher cost or $ 100. He had me fill out the intake form & gave me my copy. After a few minutes of waiting in the entry he calls me over & tells me they were all out of the screen I need. The next shipment will be 6 days later.
I drove across town for this. Total and complete disappointment. Rude on top of it.

My experience with this place was literally just plain awful. I took my iPhone 5c in to have a shattered screen repaired. The quote 99 then with tax it ended up being around 125.
They also were overly pushy trying to sell me an overpriced case.
When I first got my phone back it was okay. The screen fit awkwardly over the home key but for the most part it wasn’t awful.
Three months later I notice that the top part of the screen is lose and coming up! So I take it back to the store I show the lady the problem and she turns to someone who I would assume is her manager of some sorts and asks if they will charge me labor. The woman said yes because even though I told them I did not drop it or damage it in any other way they chose to basically call me a liar. Personally I thought this was extremely unfair. I didn’t do anything to my phone and the girl even had the gall to say it was a «common problem» if it’s such a common problem then why would blame your customers and not the people «fixing» the phone???
She also told me only a thirty minute wait I ended up being there over an hour. Their chairs were extremely uncomfortable. If I had known it would be that long I would have ran an errand. I understand that the girl was flustered trying to improve the situation
But it really just made it worse when I expect one thing and get let down. Again.
So the end of this story. The girl brought my phone out. I noticed white marks around the edges of my screen. I pointed it out the girl took it back to the techs. Who magically remembered when she took it back the second time that my battery is slowly exploding which is causing my screen to get pushed up and that it will happen again. (According to them another common problem. This may be accurate but I really would rather buy a new phone then have to work with this place EVER again.)
They didn’t charge me for labor but they also did not apologize at all for the assumptions they made or how I was treated. When the manager told her not to charge me for labor suddenly it was «well they didn’t really do anything and they didn’t replace the screen or the battery so don’t charge her» not you know we told her itd be 30 mins and it was a little over an hour or we basically accused her of lying but she really didn’t do anything. I understand they didn’t see that part about the battery causing it until they (according to the Girl) may or may not have open up my phone to see the exploding battery. If they had told me at the beginning, if we can determine it was not user error we won’t charge you.
Do not go here.
They overcharge.
They don’t do the work they are suppose to do correctly.
And they are absolutely sketchy.

Took my phone to a different repair shop. My screen was coming up again already. Within 5 days of their «repair». I mentioned the battery and the repair man pulled the screen off. In front of me. The battery looks perfect. No problems what so ever. He told me the reason it keeps popping up is because they used a cheap replacement screen. Also, he fixed my cheap screen for free in front of me in less than ten minutes. The place is called Phone Surgeons and they now have a store inside of NFM.

I went back in to confront them about saying my battery was exploding when it wasn’t. They attempted to say that they must have replaced my battery. I told them there is no way that happened when the girl came back out and was offering the service to me at a charge. It was more baloney and run around. They ended up giving me another new screen which should supposedly be a true fix. Honestly at this point I’m annoyed and worn out with the whoooole situation. I hope this will last until I decide to get a new phone.
