We went to the sprint store on 72nd to change our plan from Verizon to Sprint. About 2 hours later we left loyal Verizon customers for life. The sales person had no clue how to do anything and had to start the process over many many times. They misrepresented the plan then bait and switched it with another plan without telling us. I felt like a mark on a carnival midway surrounded by fast talking pitchmen. Stay clear.

I visited this Sprint store today hoping I would be able to walk out with the new iPhone 6. I had to wait for service for about 30 – 40 minutes but I did arrive at a prime time 530pm. I was very pleased with my service and they were able to answer all questions that I had about changing my plan!

they close at 9. I walked in at 8:40ish and was refused service. I asked what time they stopped helping customers since their sign says they’re still open and they said it depends on the night. so basically, they can close anytime they’d like even though the sign says 9. haha. good business. contract is cancelled so at least there is that. good luck, chumps!

I have only been to one sprint store, so i do not know if this is a common experience or not, but the wait is impossibly long to get service and apparently they have no way of knowing who has already been helped, because they will call names of people who have already come and gone or are in the process of being helped. PLUS parking in this particular parking lot is a friggin nightmare! Find another Sprint Store
