Pretty darn tasty surprisingly. I bought a new car here the other day and it was rather late at night so my salesman suggested I eat a bite while waiting on the paperwork to get written up.
They were having a roast beef special which consisted of sliced beef on top of Texas toast with potatoes, broccoli, and gravy. They were out of potatoes so they lady was nice enough to give me onion rings. Other than being on the really salty side it was yummy tasting and on the house so hey who’s going to complain. However it was only $ 8.50 according on the menu.
The veggies were perfectly cooked and fresh, onion rings were crispy and not oily. The beef was tender and the gravy was good, albeit, salty. The bread was just regular white bread.
I’d eat here again if I was waiting on my car to get serviced or something.

Yum! I love Ashley’s black bean and cheese burrito. I get it smothered with Ryan’s homemade enchilada sauce, and a side of his homemade salsas! And the fries are amazing too! I really like that I can order dinner to go, on nights I don’t have time to cook, but want a good, wholesome meal for my family! Thank you, chefs Ryan and Mikesha!

What a great discovery! I had the biscuits and gravy which was amazing. Great place for breakfast and very reasonable. Ryan, the new chef is very personable… a mirror image twin with lots of vision for this restaurant. It makes sense that the restaurant is located in the Chevy dealership. No worries… no pressure to buy! It sounds like by Thanksgiving their dining area will be remodeled with new tables and booths. A fun place to go for breakfast and lunch.

The Corvette Café has an awesome breakfast and lunch menu along with daily specials. Their chicken fried steak and eggs are one of my favorite breakfasts! The head chef Ryan always a smile on his face and is willing to tweak anything you want to make you the perfect meal.

Ryan and Kesha are the best! The food is amazing!!! Even if you not getting your car worked on or buying a new car, stop in and grab a bite. It’s that good.

The new Chef Ryan has transformed this café into an amazing local must try. The blackened chicken Gouda Mac and Cheese is my favorite but the chicken enchiladas are a close second. Today he launched a new menu item with a bowl of the best chili in Omaha. Quick, friendly service and great breakfast as well. Keep up the good work, I will definitely be back.
