Lived there for 2 years, and had lots of issues with the property managers. Things like maintenance walking in without knocking. The roof was being redone while we were there, and on the 3rd floor they pulled all the shingles off the day before a torrential downpour and did not put up a tarp. We spent all evening waking up every few hours having to empty out 20 gallon buckets of water that were leaking through into our apartment. We had our furniture moved to the middle of the apartment for an entire week because of the rain off/on and they had to wait til was completely dry to keep working. No apology, no rent discount… nothing. Our car was also broken into once. When we called the apartment the next business day to inform them(we called in the afternoon) they said they had received a call from security about the car, 2 days earlier(we had not driven it over the weekend) that it had the door wide open. They didn’t bother to contact us about it. They charge $ 100 for cleaning when we left(on top of the $ 80 carpet fee that was in the lease), when I asked them what for, they stated we accidentally left a carton of eggs in the fridge. They refused to allow me to see the cleaning bill that they claimed they were charged for this by a 3rd party.

These apartments are spectacular and I couldn’t be more pleased with them. I’m in a one bedroom apartment and it is huge! Almost $ 1000 sq ft and for the amount I’m paying for, it is a steal! When I first moved in, everyone at the front office was extremely helpful and after signing even called me a few times just to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction, they’re a staff that really cares. After moving in I started to notice my blinds warping a little bit so I called the front desk to see if they could be replaced and within the hour their maintenance man was their completely replacing my blinds! I also broke my sink drain, and they came to fix it that day and wrote me a note telling exactly what they did and if I needed anything else just to call. Even today, I called and asked them to turn my pilot light on for my fireplace and sure enough, they came over right away to turn it on! I love these apartments and have referred them to friends who in turn, love these apartments as well. I plan to stay here as long as possible!
