A decent place in the old market. This space was formally occupied by Maria Sangria and a few other names that were to my knowledge, known as troubled clubs, but this place has potential. It doesn’t seem to want to be a club and focuses more on the food and atmosphere. It has the feel of a «Mexican» restaurant with sombreros, bright colors, and poncho type table clothes. The food was good, but a bit on the pricy side. Tasty chips with salsa and bean dip were free as an appetizer, typical of many Mexican restaurants. I enjoyed the bean dip, salsa wasn’t much to my liking. Ordered the arrachera which was basically like a flank steak with beans, rice, guacamole, and corn tortillas– see pic. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They said their website is in progress. It wasn’t very busy at all on a weeknight.

TL;DR: Awful service, rude waiter. Food was cold. We waited for over 45 minutes for our food. The owner’s son was serving us and couldn’t answer any of our questions about the menu. His attitude was as if he’d rather be anywhere but at work. When the food arrived it was cold and we were missing some of our party’s meals. Two of us had chicken and it was so cold we were concerned of how safe it could be to ingest. When the time came to split our check it took two servers retaking our orders 3 more times. We waited another 30 minutes just to pay. One of the members of our party politely complained to the owner’s son who was serving us and he replied with«we don’t care if you come back.» The owners apologized, we paid for our meals and they offered us coupons. Will never return. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
