I purchased a key fob for my Toyota Prius. After figuring out that no but a Toyota dealer can program the key fob, I find out from the Toyota dealer that you can not program this used key fob to my car since it was originally for another car. Keyless Entry Remote have no idea about this product.
Now I understand it has been pass the 30 day return window, but they are selling products they know can not be used. I asked for a refund since it was an unusable product. They wouldn’t and did not offer any form of resolution. If it was a defective product a normal business would replace it? The point is they couldn’t and won’t do anything because they know it’s an unusable product (useless). Stongly suggested you avoid this company. Very shady practices.
