Never even got a chance to order. Made the mistake of going inside. Apparently they only like to service the drive thru. After waiting 15 minutes without any acknowledgement and 2 frustrated customers in front of me, we walked out.

One of the worst kfc’s around. We were glad that one was opening close to us. I’m here at 1146 and the sign says open at 1030. Doors locked and nobody answering drive thru… This is not the first time and should kick myself for coming back. Place doesn’t deserve to one star I had to choose to post this

Despite the manager Curtis being a polite and hospitable guy, this location needs a food overhaul. Or perhaps a food prep overhaul. Yesterday I ordered a 12 piece bucket with three sides and the chicken wasn’t even edible. My wife and I suffered through three pieces before tossing the remaining nine! This encounter was $ 20+ down the drain. My family was definitely not satisfied like the smiling finger licking customers shown in the commercials.

WOW, this location SUCKS! When it first opened, it was awesome. Why? WELL, THEY GAVE A CRAP, for starters. Now, not at all. (I knew I didn’t post a positive review yet for a good reason!)
My orders here were perfect (for a time). The managers cared who we were and if we were happy, but this local is just another zit on the face of fast food experiences that I can’t count on. «They like us? Great! Sucked in, like all the other idiots!» I can’t count on this place to have my back ever again.
So disappointing.
Ordered two meals, they gave me a piece of white meat with two dark in a three piece dark meal. Learn what a GD chicken breast looks like. Not to mention, the thigh I DID get looked like a chicken wing, it was so small. Give these damn chickens some steroids for the sake of Pete’s son, Pete.
NO BISCUITS. Are you effing SERIOUS?! HOW CAN YOU OVERLOOK THE GD BISCUITS?! In BOTH MEALS?!
I don’t want your damn chance to win $ 1000. When I leave feedback, especially in this case, I’m going to kick you in the jimmy!

If you are in a hurry or even just want to pick up something to take home after a long week at the office, don’t bother to go to this KFC. The line to order took 20 minutes and then it took another 20 minutes to get the food. No warning that there would be a wait (while they killed and cooked the chicken!), just a please pull forward and we will bring it out to you. No apologies for how long it took. The food is the same at most KFCs and this one was no different. Next time, I will just take the kids out to dinner. If you are in a hurry, don’t stop here.
