It’s my favorite fast food and I don’t feel super guilty. It’s also my hangover cure– large Diet Coke, tater tots and a spicy chicken and egg biscuit with pepper jack– makes it feel less likely to fall off the face of the world! My kids love the chicken minis for breakfast. Sandwiches and tenders are awesome as well. And I have never met a grumpy employee or seen more pride in service at a fast food place.

Yummy grilled nuggets but small portion. Just ok fries. Kids nuggets also small portion. Love the option of fruit cup. Sauces delicious – need more easily available. During lunch rush need someone at drink fountain refilling so person cashiering closest doesn’t have to do it after each transaction. Very small play area so VERY crowded.

Had a hair in my sandwich. They fixed it with no argument and gave me a card t get a free one next time. Usually have no issues here at all, but accidents happen.

YUM! I love Chick-fil-a. The workers are almost always very pleasant and friendly. Which is very hard to find in fast food. I usually get chicken sandwich. It is so simple, but so delicious! They also have wonderful waffle fries. What really makes the experience, is their special sauce. It is excellent on your fries and sandwich! My husband usually gets the chicken nuggets and he raves about them. If you are looking for an excellent place to get chicken this is your place. It always comes out hot and wonderful. They do have a decent sized menu, but its best to be in the mood for chicken if you come here.

Disappointed in the drive-thru…2 lanes but I counted 4 cars in the opposite lane who pulled in after me who made it through before I even placed my order. Not sure if I had some slow person ahead of me or a slow cashier or what. Doubtful I will be back. I do not have time for how slow it was. And it was only a little after 11 am. Not the noon hour rush.

I am a fan of Chick-fil-A. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Today I stopped for breakfast. The chicken egg and cheese biscuit was delicious! The biscuit was light and buttery. The restaurant was clean.

Drive thru at noon during the week– fast, friendly service, order was correct and fresh. Original sandwich is always a go to. While dining in at this location, the dining room was clean & bathrooms were clean and orderly as well. Baby changing table in the large handicap stall. Soup was delicious! Served with cracker packets, you have to ask for more if you need them, they aren’t with condiments. Someone came around and asked if we needed a refill and was very polite. Did not interrupt our table conversation. Kids play area at this location too.

We have not been to this location so decided to give it a try. I was optimistic considering the reviews but off we went. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with egg and cheese,(breakfast) with a coffee. Hubby ordered the regular chicken sandwich combo and a bagel with cream cheese.(The menu clearly states bagel with cream cheese). The coffee was almost empty and I only got half a cup. no problem, she said, after its made I will get you more, plus there are free refrills she says.(She did not get me more and I had to go up to get it no biggie,). the bagel did not come with the cream cheese so hubby went up to get it. The cashier stated that it doesn’t come with cream cheese and they only give it when they are asked for it,(ummm its on the big board hanging over the counter that it does come with cream cheese) so we found that odd. My sandwich was good but about half way home I started getting a stomach ache, and at the moment I am not really feeling all that great. the cinnamon roll thingy was alright but not that warm and a little dry. not worth it in my opinion. My son did enjoy playing with other children in the play area so we sat and relaxed for a while, people watching. The cashier had a blank look on her face when people were ordering and people had to repeat themselves quit a bit. I don’t know if she was new, or what. the manager types were busy unloading trucks so there was not much assistance up front, maybe she was a little flustered being by herself but it was early and not much traffic. I would defiantly not go out of my way to go to this location anytime soon.

I’m a huge fan of Chick-fil-a for over 20 years, and I’m delighted they finally found their way to West Omaha. This one isn’t quite as friendly and helpful as other locations I’ve been to over the years, but they’re nice enough to suit me. And the food is always outstanding. Real chicken breast, cooked fresh, rather than bits and pieces of mystery meat like others serve. Love the waffle fries and yummy peach shakes, too. Another favorite is the chicken salad sandwich. It is the standard by which all other chicken salad is measured. In the chilly months, the chicken soup is a perfect accompaniment to a sandwich, but not hearty enough to have as the only item in the meal. They serve breakfast, but I haven’t tried that yet and haven’t seen reviews for it. To be aware of: ** They need to put a bit more effort into housekeeping. Even during relatively slow times, tables and floors need attention. ** There is a play area for kids. It must be a fun one because this place draws a lot of families, and parents in West Omaha seem to have some neighborhood rule *against* teaching their kids how to use a quieter voice inside, not climb on tables, etc. If rowdy kids delight your heart, this is the place for you.

If I can do one star or no star this place fucking sucks and I use the word fucking because their fucking assholes. I order my food and ride home get home and find out the girl who took my order is to dumb to put it in correct and he. I ride back and there two mins after they close I knock on the door three times two managers walk by and do nothing when four other employees stare at me no one helps me and I was just in there so to get their attention I just threw my food at the window then they came out wanting to help me what bullshit you want to help me now after you stared at me like I’m a fucking zoo animal then asked me what they can do for me how about me never going to Chick-fil-A again because a company that supposed to be Christian and loving people seems to be selfish and downright rude.

They must have worked out the kinks because I have been to the drive thru twice, both at lunch time, and I was impressed with how fast it was. They have a great cobb salad.

3 stars for food. It’s fine, nothing amazing. –2 stars for the hype. Seriously people. This is a fast food chicken sandwich. Wendy’s chicken sandwich and fries is just as good or better. Popeyes Po Boy chicken sandwich and fries is waaay better. And so on. It’s hilarious to drive by and see all the lemmings in line for an average fast food meal when there are literally 10s of alternative options in the immediate vicinity that are better choices both quality and health. Add in the kicker that their company’s leader is a very public racist homophobe and I can’t understand why anyone would eat here.

Chick-fil-A’s consistency is off the charts! I know exactly what I am getting regardless of the location — any city USA. Everything from a clean restaurant, to friendly customer service, to hot food, to my favorite… the Sweet Tea, it’s always ALL Good! Really, what more can you ask for?

Just amazing. I feel so much better about myself when it comes to eating fast food at chic-fil-a. My personal favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich meal and i add bacon and pepperjax cheese. Their chicken noodle soup is great too for the winter time.

I’ve been waiting for this day since I moved here almost three years ago! Growing up in Georgia I’ve missed my Chick-fil-a!!! I waited about a week for the frenzy to die down and strategically waited until the 10:30 changeover to try and avoid a long wait. I was not disappointed! I don’t know if it tasted better because I missed it so much or if it was truly some of the best I’ve had in awhile. Had the chicken strips and chick-fil-a sauce and deliciously perfect waffle fries. Keep up the good work, and THANKYOU!

This location opened yesterday and it seemed to be a great success! I drove through at 7pm and there were about 25 cars ahead of me… But I got through in about 10 minutes thanks to their preparedness and being well staffed! This is a fast food restaurant that I think actually has quality food that I enjoy eating at! Make sure you try the cute lil breakfast mini chicken sandwiches and the honey roasted BBQ sauce is the best!!!

Love that we finally get a Chick-Fil-A out West! We have literally been counting down the days until they opened and now they’re here. I’m not crazy enough to camp out for their«First 100» but we were crazy enough to go eat there for dinner on opening day! We arrive shortly after 5pm on Thursday/Opening day. The drive through was cray cray, however, the inside wasn’t as bad. From the time we walked through the doors until we ordered was about 7 minutes and the food came to our table in under 5 minutes. Also we were handed cookie samples while waiting in line and they are amazing! You could tell they were overstaffed for opening day which meant you probably bumped and tripped over at least one employee, BUT it also meant the tables were spotless, drinks were quickly refilled, and employees threw away our trash. Much like the service if a sit down restaurant!(Obviously that probably won’t be how it is forever) Food was perfect, hot and delicious and everyone was friendly. Bathrooms were really clean as well(considering how busy it was) and there was no shortage of yummy sauces! The owner of this location, Stu, is a really nice guy so be sure to say hi to him. See you guys soon!
