Was going to try it out for the first time but when we tried to open the door we saw a sign stating they had moved to a location about 15 miles away! Needless to say we didn’t drive to the new location and probably won’t as it would require paying for parking and that doesn’t excite me! Besides, they could have updated their website with this little tidbit but maybe that’s the way they do business. Good luck.

First time to this location. Ordered wings and beer. Service was great and wings were far better than anything you would find at bww. Great service, good food and cold beer. We will be back.

Went to Jefferson’s for the 4th time tonight. Every other time has been a really positive experience with good food and excellent service. Tonight, the service was not good! We were greeted at the door and offered a booth as soon as it was cleaned. The hostess/waitress forgot us. Finally seated, our waitress was inattentive and inefficient. She brought food after almost 30 minutes for three of the four of us. We finally got the attention of another server to let her know we were still missing an order. We eventually got it. The bill was wrong too. Hopefully this is not the new standard for there!

Disappointed in the quality of the food and service. Seat yourself, then someone finally asks if you have been waited on yet, only to retrieve your actual server. Pork nachos were good but most of the toppings ended up on the paper in the bottom of the basket. Suggest you serve the nachos on a plate and make sure they arrive hot and with more than one very small cup of salsa. The plate would allow customers to scrape the cheese and toppings back onto the chips atleast. Check your ketchup bottle on the table to make sure it’s not empty and replace the paper towel roll. Otherwise, you just keep moving the problem from one table to the next. I tried one of the chicken tenders and it was ok, but the honey mustard sauce for the chicken tenders had a strange flavor and consistency. If this basket had been my first oysters ever eaten, It more than likely would have been my last. Those were the smallest oysters I have ever seen. When I attempted to spear one with a fork, the batter just crumbled away from the oyster. I have never picked up a fried oyster that felt like the weight of a cotton ball. Did the oysters come from a can? If so, either take that item off the menu or read the next paragraph. If you are still serious about serving oysters, take a field trip to Calabash, North Carolina, Bimini’s Oyster Bar or Brother Shuckers in Myrtle Beach, SC before you attempt to fry another oyster. Learn how to procure oysters, clean them(no shell please), batter them(batter recipe needs replaced) how to fry them, and what they should taste like if you are going to keep this item on the menu. Im sure someone at the fishing port of Calabash, NC could get you hooked up with an oyster supplier. My bet is that the oyster supplier could also get you hooked up with someone that can teach you the secrets to frying calabash style oysters. In addition, along the way you could stop in the Carolina’s at a Fatz Café and order some world famous calabash style chicken tenders. My wife said you served her the first order of sweet potato fries that really didn’t taste like sweet potatoes. Oh, and those crinkle cut fries that I could have picked up at the frozen food section of my local grocery store, would not be ice cold on one end if you switched to fresh. The cole slaw was good, but that’s not enough to bring me back. Owners, please remember to sample your offerings. Why? if you don’t like your plates, then your patrons won’t either. The menu does not need to be large, just good to have happy customers.

We love this place. The food is great and wing sauces are tasty! The only thing that I wish that they’d change is how they shuck their oysters. Sometimes they’re pretty hacked up. Maybe Absolutely fresh can come in and give the guys a quick lesson. Otherwise– great food, plenty of screens for all of the major games and great service!

I have been here twice now, and so now I will give my review! It has a nice atmosphere, and good location. I do not like the high top table chairs, they are the kind that tilt a little forward and so you tend to slide out of them easily. The service is slow even when they are not very busy, I think it is because the servers are young and inexperienced. Now for the food, it is average, nothing I would say oh that was great or the best but it beats your fast food restaurants. The 1st time I ordered the Cheeseburger and fries, it was a decent size and was pretty good but not as tasty I thought it would be. The fries are good, but we also got the Fried Pickles, and there was a lot of grease in the basket and tasted like grease. I do not recommend them at all! The 2nd time I came here I decided to try the Chicken Tender Basket. They were fresh and good but, if you are hungry you will need to order something else to go with this, you only get 4 small tenders which is not enough. Now will I return here? Probably, it is close to home and an easy lunch stop. As far as raving about the food, like I said, it is average. I have not had any alcoholic beverages yet, so I cannot review on the bar.

How there are 20 locations I will never understand. It all started with a great hostess that should be a server and a server that should be unemployed. The pickles had a pool(literally) of grease at the bottom, the oysters were cooked beyond far, the wings while cooked perfect had no flavor(either version) & the fish had to be squeezed out on napkins just to be edible. This place is horrible. Two stars for the hostess — one star for the food.

Found Jeffersons because it was close to my new office. Went for lunch and ordered Philly and fries. Philly was a bit dry but fries were spot on. Clean place, good service. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was I did not experience anything that would set Jeffersons apart from other Sports Bars. Still a good place.

It was apparently grand opening night the night we were there! The server we had was under aged and could not bring us our drinks. I had to ask our server twice where our drinks were. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our drinks multiple times through out the night. If this was an opening night they were under staffed for it! Not for sure if I would go back.

We went here before the official launch and they weren’t on Unilocal yet. Servers are young and untrained– pretty clueless. I ordered a beer for my wife and I and she looked at me confused and said«what do you want.» I had to point at the beer list and then she goes, both for you? Food is frozen. Wings were decent but lacked flavor. Burgers were decent. Place is a small chain out of Alabama but has 0 character and none of the peel and eat shrimp. They have oysters on the menu but I wasn’t that brave. Oscar’s and DJ’s are in no immediate danger.
