I used to live here when they first opened. I was one of the original tenants and I love this place. Safe neighborhood in West Omaha on 132nd between Maple and Center. It’s a gated community with 2 apartment buildings. There’s enough parking space and underground heated parking(for a monthly fee but so worth it during hail/tornado season and during the winter so you don’t have to scrape your windshield and windows). Each building has a security code before anyone can get in. Living here is like living in a hotel. The lobby is nice and there’s free breakfast and coffee every morning — sometimes the neighbors would share baked goods too. There’s an elevator in each building. My favorite part is the trash chute — no more walking to the dumpster/garbage can outside to throw your trash. I had a 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor for about $ 1000/month. It was always quiet. I had a bunny friend that lived under my patio in the winter(sooo cute!). I loved my neighbors and we all got along… except for that one crabby old lady that stood outside the apartment building with her hands on her waist giving us the stinkeye when we were playing in the snow. There was also a $hitfaced drunk lady who jumped over my patio banging on my door one night wanting to be let in. She was so drunk she went to the wrong apartment. When I realized what was happening wasn’t a dream, it scared the heck out of me so I had to call the cops on her who got there immediately to handle the situation. There’s a small gym in the rental office that I used once. The ladies that worked in the rental office have all been sweethearts. Overall, I really liked coming home to my apartment.
