Massage Heights West Maple

I literally just got back from this place. Thur night 10÷08÷15, my appointment was for 8pm.
I gave this place a great review earlier for not having the sleaze factor (the pressure pitch, ect) of the other massage chain (you know who you are). I guess I was wrong.
Last time, I didn’t get my hot rocks elevation (included with my membership every month), I just chucked it to oversight.
When I booked tonight, I informed of it, and hesitantly, she said she’ll give it as a freebie (for what I was entitled for?). I let it go.
I was charged for it tonight. I chucking it again for being overcharged $ 20. I didn’t want to complete ruin what’s of my day by feeling agitated for $ 20.
So it costed me a medium pizza. They however, lost much more than $ 20 for loosing this customer.
No issue with my therapist tonight.

I was traveling for business and stayed overnight in Omaha and was very happy to find a Massage Heights as I am a member back home.
My massage therapist was very nice and did a great job and I felt much better at the conclusion of the massage.
My only feedback for improvement would be for the retreat manager to inform his/​her staff to NOT wear sneakers. When my therapist was walking around my table it sounded as if I was on a basketball court receiving a massage because of the constant noise the shoes were making when she was walking on the hard surfaced floor.

Love this place. It takes some time to find the right person for your needs but when you do it’s heaven!

I had a wonderful massage by Hamilton. I will go back! The products used were soft scented and not overpowering. The salon is peaceful and the receptionist answered all of my questions and volunteered information as well. My massage was just afew minutes shy of a full hour but that is so in most salons.

Updated review: Jamie the owner of this Massage Heights contacted me about my Unilocal review. I must say this really impresses me and shows that this organization cares about customer service. (Even more impressive, since they had to do some investigating).
He spoke with me about my concerns and made it right. He informed me that they are working closely with management to make sure communication is consistent to all potential and current clients.
As I said before, I really enjoyed my massage with Tammy. And the two girls at the front desk were friendly and this place is way better than Massage Envys in Omaha. Much quieter and has a more spa-​like atmosphere.
Previous review: I struggle with my rating because I really enjoyed my massage with Tammy, but I had a few things with the payment… Like I said I really enjoyed my massage and when I went at the end of July a «new» client massage was $ 39 (As an FYI, the first time massage price has now gone up to $ 49) so I signed up for a 6 month membership what I understood to be a $ 39/​massage/​month. I understood that by signing up that day I was eliminating any «membership fees» because if I waited to sign up I’d be charged.
When I went back for my next massage and looked at my CC statement they had charged me $ 49. Again when I signed up they had said it would be $ 39/​month for a massage. I again called back and was informed there’s a $ 10 monthly fee to be a member, making the amount I will get charged every month $ 49.99. $ 50/​month for a massage is not bad, but it’s certainly more than what I was informed.
