I try to give this place patience because I know it’s a terrible job and it’s the only fast food place within five minutes of my apartment. And I will probably continue going even though it is the most dysfunctional McDonalds in the state. Here are just a few of the experiences I’ve had: waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes for someone to take my order, waited ten minutes for them to get more ones to give me my change of $ 4.89. They couldn’t eat the 11 cents and give me a $ 5. Once we went and ordered hot chocolate. Saw the woman pick the cups up off the floor. They were only half full and tasted like perfume. I have never ordered anything that included food here and gotten it in less than 20 minutes, and I’ve been to this McDonalds at least once a month for the past two years.

Sunday morning coming down and it is very busy. It is a very good location. The business needs about double the staff as the people working there are doing their best and are still completely overwhelmed. I waited about 15 minutes. Not fast at all. Solution? Hire more people and pay them way more. Prices and profits will settle themselves out.

Just no. –_– I’ve been here maybe 3 times? Each time I come here I question my choices in life. Firstly, It’s McDonald’s. The people working here hate their lives, obviously, and they aren’t afraid to let you know it. The drive through is a joke. You’ll get faster service if you go inside, I only made that mistake once. Going inside, it’s gross. I question how often they clean the place. The last time I was there it kinda smelled like sewer and maybe their toilets were having issues. The most important part is the food right, I certainly don’t go here for the service or atmosphere. I order only like 2 different items here. A cheeseburger, triple extra onion, extra pickle, no mustard. Or an oreo mcflurry, extra oreo. It’s not hard in my opinion, but obviously it is. Each time they refuse to add extra onion to my sandwich(the only way to make them edible) even though it’s added to the ticket. I ask them to add more onion, they look at me like I’m nuts. I say to them«I want it to cover the top of the bun». Blank stares. Finally I get my sandwich(not an isolated incident, happened each time I came here) and it’s got enough onion on it, no extra pickles. At this point I give up just thankful for my onions. I hear the employees in the kitchen saying I’m «f – ing crazy lady» and I walk out. ATLEAST wait until your customer is gone to start complaining. I won’t go back. 3 times is too many in the first place.

The worst mcdonalds in the state. As someone who frequents mcdonalds for a quick bite to eat I was completely shocked by the 45 minute wait I experienced… with two cars ahead of me. The worker mentioned nothing to appease me as I was clearly upset about the wait. Everyone inside seemed to be under the influence of drugs and I will never go there again.

The worst McDonalds ever. I sat for thirty minutes waiting for a simple sandwich. Eventually I went up front to ask if it was ready and they had not even started making it yet. Wouldn’t go there again if it was the last fast food place on earth.

This is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been in. The service was poor at best. The man at the counter took my and my son’s order three time before getting it right. How many times can a person order a #1 meal and two cheeseburgers before the clerk gets right? If your thinking about eating here, I suggest paying unless your selling narcotics to customers inside. There are plenty takers. The old guy wat hang porn on his phone with speaker O high, was to much as well. Terrible place…

First time in several months I’d been to this McD’s…was a lot cleaner inside this time then I remember and even the restroom looked better than you’d expect. the lady who took my order was very nice and my food came to me quickly… had their new bacon ranch habanero burger… was pretty good, but should have been hotter temp wise… luckily it wasn’t cold lol…

Undoubtedly the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. I wouldn’t even consider coming back to this place no matter how desperate I am. The staff is unfriendly and rude. The service was terrible. What’s the point of fast food if it took more than 20 minutes just to get my order? Awful awful.

If you’re into gangs and crack cocaine, go to this McDonald’s. It was pure Dangerous Minds on my trip there. I think Coolio was even in the corner booth with that big fat guy. Even the cholas were looking at me like, «Ooh, girl, chu should not be up in here in that J. Crew sweater and no makeup.» Srsly.

Ummmmm… Weired! Yeah… this place is not located in a very friendly area. As you walk into the place everyone is looking at you. The employees stare at you like as if you are not supposed to be in there making them work. Nobody team member was smiling, they all had sad grim faces as if they hated life and being there. Yeah NOJOKE! Here is the kicker… The entire parking lot had gated entries so close the parking lot. Probably at night to keep something out??? Hmmmmmmm never have I seen that at a McD’s much less a business. Wow! something must gone on there at night to keep peep out!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Come here if you’re desperate and have no other choice at 2 in the morning after studying for 2 exams the next day then come here. You’ll probably have to pull up to the front window when ordering since none of the crew can hear/understand you.

A conversation in the drive-thru: «Welcome to McDonalds, can I take your order?» «Can I get one egg and cheese McGriddle?» «A what?» «An egg and cheese McGriddle.» «A sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle?» «No sausage. Just egg and cheese.» «We don’t have no egg and cheese McGriddle.» «Can I have a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with NO sausage?» «Anything else?» FIN
