Haha — I pretty much knew what to expect, but my wife & I were working in the area and needed a quick bite, so we stopped by this McCraploads again. Lunch time. The place looked like the Sienna Francis House, which I really don’t mind at all. People need to hang somewhere. But Geez Louise, would it be too much to ask you to throw out yesterday’s cheeseburgers instead of trying to push them off on paying customers? I felt like a dog going after a rawhide!
I guess it was worth my $ 1.29, if only for the exercise. But for edible food? Naaaahhh — go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered in the drive through and was told to pull ahead to a designated spot. We waited 40 mins before they came out and ended up giving us the wrong order. which I ordered a kids meal and a big mac meal and ended up with someone else’s order that was not even close to what I ordered. When I went back in to correct the order and I had to wait another 10 mins. There is no way it should have taken 50 mins to get an order that small. Not only that but while waiting I could see in the kitchen and it looked as though no one cleaned it all day. Disgusting. No wonder Mc Donalds is failing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MCDONALD’S AGAIN! I’m also going to tell everyone I know not to go either.

Wow, some of the best and fastest service I received at fast food joint! People were friendly and happy!

If I could give this place a zero I would. 1. They have messed up my order any time I order more than one item. 2. Rude or apathetic help 3. Food is always always always cold. I went back here recently because nothing else was open. Next time I will stay home a pop a can of cat food open if I am hungry. No receipt then screwed up my order. Food was ice cold. When I told them I was missing a drink their response was «you didn’t order that». No receipt so how could I know? Also there was an «after midnight menu» mentioned but not posted. Also there was «no credit after midnight, cash only». Again, not posted anywhere.

If this store was located next to the Main Omaha Library and sold beer this would be «The Spot». There are some characters that hang out at this place. Service was fast, fresh fries, food was hot and the store has always been clean both times I visited.
I have to agree with Christine S. What rates this store 4 stars is the professionalism of the employees.

I don’t normally review fast food restaurants (or big chains for that matter) but I believe the service and employees at this McDonalds really set it apart.
I was having a craving for one of those new Egg White McMuffins (stupid pervasive advertising), and wanted to see how the coffee stacks up. I was pleasantly surprised that the coffee is decent, not quite coffee shop level but completely drinkable. The service here was very, very quick. Hitting the drive through at 8 am on a weekday could have been slow, but they had my order ready and waiting at the 2^nd window before I could even put away my wallet. All the employees were very polite, and quite cheery for so early in the morning, that it actually perked my mood up a bit. Additionally whoever planned the logistics of this McDonalds drive thru, made it very convenient to pull through and be on your way with minimal hassle.
Overall the most pleasant fast food experience I have had in recent memory. And that egg white McMuffin, not too shabby, tastes kind of like the regular McMuffin but with a little bit more pretension and less calories.

Its location automatically makes it a fascinating «hang-​out» spot. Service can get really backed-​up during the evening hours, but they are very generous with coupons.
It’s actually very well-​managed, brightly lit, and relatively clean. It’s just that given its location, I won’t recommend going there after dark. It reminds me of taking the bus or the subway in Los Angeles or New York. Well, you get the idea.

C’mon Unilocalers, Click browse nearby restaurants to see better options. Anything is better than this place.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer, this place is interesting. We have walked here several times for an ice cream and I have to try to explain the men that are passed out in or around the place – «mommy, what’s wrong with that man-​is he sick?»
When they renovated it a few years ago, it was really nice looking. they haven’t done very well keeping it up. We don’t really frequent McDonalds on a regular basis though.

If this is the McDonald’s right across from Bucky’s, you should head here on a Saturday night. You are sure to see a scene with the cops somewhere within a 1-​block radius, if not a hideous shake-​down in the parking lot.
And they have a drive-​thru, too!»
