Palm Beach Tan

I have been going to Palm Beach Tan since they took over for Ashley Lynn. I have had only wonderful experiences with them, and their staff has been awesome! I don’t know what happened with the other person who commented that they were a terrible salon, because I’ve been going to tanning salons for the last 30 years and Palm Beach Tan at 168^th & Q has been the best by far. This is a terrible tanning salon and the customer service is very unprofessional! I will no longer suggest nor guide people to this place of business my girlfriend was treated horribly and has been a loyal customer with her sisters and the girl who was working mistreated her like she was a stranger. The product she purchased today was misrepresented in how it works and what the price was and told her she could use it and if it didn’t meet her needs she would return it with no issue, but the sales associate Stephanie was very rude and very unprofessional in the eyes of a customer who pays to be a loyal customer of palm beach tan! Please everyone who reads this pass the message and be aware that these unprofessional acts of business are not right and establishments such as this needs to hire better staff that can represent a business with better attributes especially dealing with customers who spend an average of $ 50 to $ 100 dollars a month which doesn’t seem to much but is a lot for some people!
