Normally they are good. Ordered a steak Philly add shrimp. And a side of there fries. I have three words to describe my food today. Salt, salt and more salt. Wasn’t even edible dur to there being so much salt on everything.

Really gross food handling practices. Girl rubbed all the food and didn’t use the spoons to serve the rice, she just shoved her hand in the tub and pulled out a bunch of rice and put it on the plate. Ugh — Very unsanitary. Avoid this place.

Never tried anything but the steak philly since it is so good, especially fireballed! This is one of my favorite sandwiches. Service is always fast, agreeable, and good.

Never a bad meal for almost a dang decade. It could be made by a 16 year old stoner in Millard or some meth addict 55 year old in the Old Market, but I still always want a fireball philly. Over the years they’ve expanded locations all over town, added nachos and wraps and salads and etc, but it’s all about that philly game.
Not hard to mess up. I’ve been to P-​Jax alone, or with 50 people in line, and it always moves consistently. Never a long wait, never a bad meal. You can even have a dang beer if you want. I once FAXED them an order from an old job because they did fax-​in orders and it was ready when I came to pick it up.
You know what, just because of that, I’m giving them 5 stars instead of 4 as I write this. Glad this chain started here in town, glad they’ve grown, glad they’ve added new food options and now I can go to No Frills and buy their steak in the meat department. Meat4ever

I was having a bad day when I walked in— felt great after! The staff was friendly, the food was done right and tasted great. Restaurant was clean and well organized. The staff was having such a good time, I could not help but get in a better mood. They were very spirited and made my food wonderfully. THANK YOU

Food was okay
Service was horrible
They were out of silverware. They had one fork, no spoons and a couple of knives.
Guy at the register acted like we were a pain in the rear when we asked for silverware.
My son spilled a glass of water on the floor, in front of an employee. The guy ignored it, and walked around it instead of grabbing a mop.
Would not recommend this place to others
And, the bathrooms are out of toilet paper

I have had both the chicken and beef Phillie’s and they were both delicious; well seasoned. You get your choice of toppings (onions, mushrooms, green peppers, jalapenos, etc.), which are grilled on the spot as you place your order. So needless to say, their sandwiches are always served hot and fresh.
I have only been to this location and the service is excellent!

I’ve had a Philly cheese steak from the heart of Philadelphia so I was skeptical walking into this place. I ordered the Steak gunner (double meat) fireball style with jalapeños, black olives, and mushrooms. This is by far the BEST cheese steak I’ve ever had. The staff was very polite and quick in getting me taken care of. I’m in town from California for another week and I will definitely be back before my departure.
