Sonic Drive-In

First Sonic I’ve seen without a drive-​thru. Plenty of seating outside though, ample lighting, and loads of car parking. However, without a drive-​thru, when they’re full, they’re full. Food took a bit longer than most Sonic locations, but it tasted as expected. Car hop was efficient but unremarkable. And signing up for Sonic eclub ensures good deals every week.

So you don’t come to Sonic for gourmet burgers. And not looking for five star service (although service is usually good and if you get the tattooed dude on skates, excellent) and you don’t come for the ambiance. What do you come for? The cherry lime aid in a size that’ll last half the day, the slightly sweet corn dogs and to celebrate your eleven year olds awesome volleyball serve!!! The mozzarella cheese sticks are also pretty good. Always have to ask for extra napkins but they never forget the mint. And come summer, there will be java chillers, decent sundaes on hot nights watching the cars whiz by. Its a classic. It’s cheap. Relatively fast and with a tinge of nostalgia thrown in for good measure. What’s not to love. Take the kids. And tip your server folks.

Food was great, servers were great and the price was good. Great experience for the money!

This is the Sonic closest to my home and the service and food are always good.

Now don’t get me wrong I love Sonic, its the customer service that I hate about this location, my slushie which is always cherry thats all is NEVER correct, I mean a slushy=ice, wheres the ice? its always just liquid, i just really despise this location, so my advice to anyone, DON’T GO TO THAT LOCATION, they screw up the simpliest of things, PLUS THEY’RE SLOW…

I’ve been to this location twice and it’s been bad both times. I’m normally a Sonic fan, loved them in Texas. This location just doesn’t care. Food served cold. Both times I got a slush that was almost completely liquid. (I strained out the liquid and was left with a ¹⁄₃ of the glass being actual slush.
