This location is consistently slow. With 1 person in line before me it took me over 10 minutes to get my food. There were a ton of flies flying around in the kitchen as well. Find a different wendys…

I am no food blogger or food reviewer of any kind and I honestly would rather not write reviews on places, especially to shame them; but this is a terrible location to eat at. The past 2 visits have been 2 of the worst of any restaurant visits I’ve ever had. The first visit went south after our order had not been what we had ordered and after asking to have it corrected we were told by the employee at the register that we had not ordered what we were asking for. The people in front of us also seemed to have a bad experience with the employee as well. The most recent visit was April 5th and two friends and I went in during lunch hour and noticed that the soda machine was leaking water out of the main nozzle(new coca cola freestyle machine). My friends and I were charged full price for our meals with no compensation for drinks and the manager had actually told another customer who asked for a soda from elsewhere than the leaking machine that he had to use the machine. After sitting down to eat my food I noticed that my burger had no cheese on it so I was left with 2 dehydrated looking patties and dry bacon. I went up to the front counter and asked about the lack of cheese and the employee at the register said that she was sorry but they ran out of cheese. They had not given us any prior notice to this and needless to say that even though it is a fast food restaurant, the experience is one that I honestly wouldn’t wish on anyone. I’m not a person to complain about food to a manager, let alone one that basically told a customer«too bad that the coke machine is leaking but that’s all we have.» I won’t ever be going back to this Wendy’s unless it clear that there is new management.
