Any time I need anything I go to this location, the employees there are always so helpful and I never have never waited more than a couple of minutes for service. I went in with my daughter a couple of days ago right as they were getting ready to close, I told the clerk that what I needed wasn’t a big deal and we could stop by the next day, he said it was absolutely no problem and helped me anyway. To me that’s great customer service and is the reason I’m still with Sprint, as is the rest of my family!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! The Sprint call center botched porting my number from AT&T and the store is completely unapologetic… the manager was downright rude to me. Way to stand behind your company Sprint.

Tried a portable WiFi device. I had it for five days. When I returned it, I was nailed with a $ 35.00 recycling fee that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I will appeal and edit this tip when resolved. UPDATE: The store manager attempted to correct the situation. IF all he did works out, I should only be nailed 5⁄30th of a months fee for the WiFi service. That is what I agreed to as a cost of checking this service out. Net expense was very reasonable. ========= I found a service that uses the Sprint network for half the cost. It is called Freedom POP. There are pluses and minuses for doing so.

Recently moved out to Elkhorn and was having major issues with my service… Dropped calls, echoing, failed message sending so I decided to go in and speak to someone in person after calling in twice. The first guy I spoke to was terrible. Got super defensive, was no help at all, had us wait for a tech. Waited for a tech for about 10 minutes and finally another guy, Jeremy, said he would try to help us since the tech was taking so long. Jeremy was AWESOME. He took my phone, did an update, gave me a ton of information and seemed like he really cared. If you go to this Sprint store, don’t bother seeing anyone else. Just go straight to Jeremy.
