Treated my friend to lunch. He chose Red Lobsta’. Nice décor and our server was pleasant. Salads were good. Biscuits were very dense and filling, too filling. Should not have had more than one. My friend had the Admiral’s Platter which he enjoyed. I had the baby Canadian Walleye. Never seen fillets quite that small. Wasn’t bad just not impressive for the price. I get a better deal and a better meal at Absolutely Fresh & Shucks which will be my choice next time.

I’ve now eaten at this red lobster location 3 times, and i thought it was about time to write a review. It’s very similar to any other red lobster, good food and friendly staff. I came here 2 Sundays ago around 7PM and waited nearly 40 mins to get seated. More than understandable«if» it’s busy. However, when I finally got seated I passed no less than 6 completely empty and clean tables on the way to mine and there was still a full lobby of people waiting… Completely unacceptable! I deduced the only reason for this was they were short staffed but still, this is inexcusable! This is when management needs to step it up, make phone calls, put on server aprons, whatever it takes! Anyhow, I ordered the endless shrimp. I love this deal. They have a new habenero coconut shrimp which is delicious. I also got the garlic scampi, as well as the teriyaki shrimp. All very good. I’ll be back, but if I ever run into a situation like the time before last, I won’t stay quiet about it. I should’ve spoken up last time, but just wanted to eat and go in peace

We eat at Red Lobster all the time, in various cities and this one is the best so far! Reasonable portions, drinks are not watered down, fish properly cooked, biscuits hot. Very good!

Always good food and nice servers. Remodeled and clean. I don’t do seafood, but there is enough choices to choose from that don’t contain fish. Food always good. Would love another restaurant on west side!

I used to LOVE red lobster. Not anymore. First Jared informed me I can’t vape, I asked why and was told that is their policy. Why in the world would a restaurant want to alienate a whole group of customers. There is no law against it. It is rarely offensive. Thought about leaving right then but it was for my friends birthday so we stayed. Mistake. I ordered the fried fish and shrimp, my wife ordered the shrimp and my friend got the 4 course special. Their food was okay but my shrimp were miniature compared to my wife’s and the fish was mush. Either I just got bad food because I made vocal my dislike for the stupid no vape rule or everyone gets bad food depending on where you are sitting. Jared did offer to fix and ultimately credited my meal. I just wanted to get out of there.

I’m a big fan of the Red Lobster on 330 S. 72nd Street which is one star short of this restaurant, and we couldn’t get a seat on Valentine’s Day, so once I saw the«Lobsterfest is back!» on TV, I suggested my husband to celebrate our anniversary a little bit earlier… Anyway, I immediately joined the Fresh Catch Club on the website and got a FREE appetizer(or dessert with the purchase of 2 adult dinner entrees), plus we have a $ 4.00 off manufacturer’s coupon… dang~ we’re good… Anyway! We gotta make it this time! Here is what we had: Drinks: Peach Lemonade and Skinny Margarita I wanted my Margarita on rocks and NOSALT, I remember I enunciated and the waitress repeated, but she still forgot somehow… and she sort of rushed us a bit when we were reading the menu… which is the only reason I can’t rate it for 5 stars this time. Appetizer: Lobster-Crab-and-Seafood– Stuffed Mushrooms Everyone should try it – one of my all-time-favorite starters. Probably the best way to eat mushrooms. Entrees: 1. Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon Shrimp was awesome, seasoned and grilled perfectly, very chewy, salmon was a bit overcooked though. 2. Roasted Maine Lobster Bake Juicy lobster tails, loved the garlic sauce, and the corn on the top was delicious. Generally, a nice experience but could be better, I kept my expectations high on the service because the waitress served us twice at the 72nd street Red Lobster was amazing.

Geez I really need to crank out these reviews in a timely manner because this review has been pending for over 5 months. I remember the wait was long but the food and service was great! Our last visit to RL was a year prior so we were not expecting a revamped menu to include new menu items. Yes I was somewhat disappointed that Tilapia in a Bag was no longer on the menu, but I was able to find something just as delicious. The manager stopped by to say hello and we made it known how please we were with the entire experience.

I recently tried their Bar Harbor Lobster Bake and it was delish! I’m planning on getting it again on my next visit. The clams, lobster, scallops and shrimp were plentiful and yummy. Pasta was lightly seasoned and was a good balance alongside the crustaceans. Of course, the salad was fresh as usual and dinner rolls hot out the oven, Yum! It looks like they have new décor and it’s a nice improvement. Waiter was also very polite and made the evening pleasant. While I have always liked Red Lobster, it seems like it’s a classier dinning experience than I remembered from previous visits.

I like the food at Red Lobster and would rate it 5 stars. Even here, I would rate it 5 stars — I had shrimp, salmon and the best cheese biscuits. I am giving this restaurant 3 stars because after being seated, it took half hour for somebody to come and serve. This is totally unacceptable to any chain restaurant. The person who served was assigned to another table but was very courteous and did a good job. We were apparently told that this was his third day at work and we were impressed! So Red Lobster, please do a good job in the future!

Very disappointed! After spending 9 years working in a steak and seafood restaurant, I decided to try a corporate establishment only to be very disappointed. There are much better seafood gems in this town. Food is just sub-par here! The service is good, but I do not understand how there was a 30 minute wait at 2:00 in the afternoon. Wasn’t expecting to have to harpoon my dinner before walking into the place, but I guess it was some kind of new promotion. Did it under 30 minutes so the meal was free. Besides being accosted by a giant squid, the evening was magnificent. Cheddar Bay biscuits also rule.

I usually only go to Red Lobster during Endless Shrimp. About $ 16 gets you all the shrimp you can eat, prepared 5 or 6 different ways, and it’s always wonderful, especially the shrimp fettuccine alfredo. They also offer unlimited cheese biscuits; they’re so good it’s hard not to fill up on biscuits before your shrimp arrive. The staff is extremely friendly and VERY attentive. My glass of iced tea was never empty and my plate was never without shrimp.
