I was going to switch to Verizon from Sprint, actually had the new Iphone 6s already delivered to me, when Sprint sent me an email that I could get the phone way cheaper from them by extending my contract two years. What they failed to tell me that they will take me off my plan after i asked them several times if i would keep my current plan and also charge me $ 25 per month as a service charge for getting a discounted phone! What the French Toast how can they get away with this. Sales people at this store lie and promise you whatever you want just to close the sale. Very unethical and extremely frustrating customer service by phone. One«manager«said he would make it right, i check two days later and he didnt do anything. Im stuck with them for two years.

I know this is a phone store and 99% of the time, a visit is a disaster… but I just had a great visit. Went in to just buy a Iphone wall charger. Staff greeted me right away walked me over and showed me where the charger SHOULD have been. Empty… so they walked me over to manager. He clarifies what I need(brick and cord)…who knew that they were two different items. He GIVES me a brick and hands me a cord to buy. Straight to the counter… pay for it and gone! Beautiful!

Bought my iPhone here. The sales associate didn’t know much about the phone or the plan. I made an appointment And it still took ten minutes to get in. I don’t know if there are other sprint stores in Omaha but this one needs improvement in customer service.

This applies to Sprint as a whole, but since this is the main store for some reason, I’ll post it here. I am convinced that it is the corporate policy of Sprint to make errors on billing statements when you make some sort of change(i.e., add a phone, take off a phone, upgrade, downgrade, you name it). I have sometimes pleasantly brought this up to customer service people, sometimes not so pleasantly depending on my mood and how blatant the mistakes on my statement were. It’s almost like a game, I make some sort of change(I have 3 kids lines on my account, there are always changes), I get the statement, I find where Sprint has made the mistake(s), I call Sprint, I get credit on my next bill. This has happened 6 – 7 times, no joke.

It’s unfortunate that I have to give this one star. Sprint is known for their horrible service, but this store goes well beyond that reputation. Long wait times while agents avoid you, snarky comments from the agents, no willingness to go above and beyond, and an «I gotcha attitude.» I have actually had the manager state«look I don’t have a button I can push to make that happen». I have yet to have a positive experience with this store, though admittedly it’s rare to have a good experience with Sprint as a company.
