The folks at the Microsoft Store at Westroads Mall were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I stopped by to check out the Surface 3 tablet, and they answered all my questions and were very engaging despite the fact that I let them know this was just an exploratory visit and I wasn’t ready to purchase.
The hands-​on experience is better here than other mobile device stores — devices aren’t chained to the counter and booby-​trapped with alarms that go off while you’re trying to type on a tablet, get a feel for a phone, etc.
If you’re interested in something with Windows, look no farther, this is your place.
