Great quality products like most Starbucks. Had a fantastic experience with the cashier who helped me select a new variety of tea to try. I really enjoyed her suggestion and the customer service I received. The parking lot for this Starbucks is really tight and cramped due to other businesses in the surrounding buildings. There is plenty of seating for groups and individuals looking to read, have conversation or a meeting. The store front was really clean and had a great patio for seating when the weather is nice.

I do enjoy my Starbucks, but this one is really the worst one I have visited. It the closest to my home in a busy shopping which should be a good thing, except it isn’t. They are always out of something. During winter they were out of eggnog. After I talked up the eggnog latte to my guest, she was excited to try it but no, can’t stock eggnog or goto the grocery store that’s in the same shopping mall. My latest trip they were out of butterscotch syrup for the smoked butterscotch latte. Once again the person I was with was intrigued with trying it and of course they don’t have the ingredients. It’s at the point where if it’s other than black coffee I’ll go someplace else as they can’t seem to stock properly

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I don’t give one stars often, but when I do, I wish I could take back the one star that I’m forced to give. I waited 22 minutes through the drive-thru for a drink. They said there was an influx of customers. Okay, that is understandable given its 7:45am. I usually order a grande iced soy caramel macchiato with light caramel on top. Okay, it’s not bad given there are people who order crazier stuff. When I got to the window to pay, the barista said there is a card swiper problem and took the machine out and had me swipe the card 4 – 5 times. She said it is new and so its having glitches. Okay, that’s fine, it’s new. So after the 6th swipe, it finally goes through. She gives me my drink and I think nothing of it until after I get to my office and realize that they gave me milk and only one shot of espresso. Grande yields 2 shots. That was the anti-cherry on top? A straw that broke the camels back? It was that and that ruined my morning. Thanks Starbucks.

This Starbucks location is reliably busy, though there is usually an available seat. They get the drinks out reliably, and they generally taste right. The wifi is free and the power is accessible. But beyond those key elements of a Starbucks Coffee store, there is nothing exceptional about this location. They don’t have reserve coffee(as of late Oct 2015), which is a bummer. Their store is also awkwardly positioned in a small strip in the middle of a parking lot, so it’s always an adventure getting in and getting out. If you are looking for a unique coffee shop experience with character, this is not the place for you. There are several of these within a couple miles. But if you just want to get your Java and get back to work, this location will meet your needs.

Rude staff or branch policy that they flip the chairs and sweep the floor under your feet and around you while you’re trying to enjoy your coffee an hour before closing time. They also miss the drive thru order a good 75% of the time.

Yesterday I went to Starbucks with my fiancé to get about $ 30 worth of food and drinks. I typically spend more than $ 20 each time I go. I go to Starbuck’s several times each week at a different location. We rarely ever go to this location, we’ve never had a pleasant experience. While in drive-thru my fiancé told the cashier to get a manager because he didn’t agree with the fact that there was a price discrepancy between that store and a starbucks advertisement. The manager didn’t know that I wasn’t the one that requested his assistance and started to get really nasty with me immediately and told me that I needed to stop harrassing his employee’s. What’s crazy is that we hadn’t even talked to his employee’s and had immediately asked for a manager. You could tell immediately that the guy was gay, I’ve never ever been talked to before like that by a man. EVER. I’ve never been biased or against that kind of sexual orientation, it usually doesn’t bother me. I’m 7 months pregnant and I may have dropped a «that’s bshit» in there when he tried to tell me that corporate wasn’t honoring the discount that they were currently advertising on their facebook page, not intentional, and I meant no ill-will by it at all. I didn’t say it in a threatening manner and I laughed as I said it. The manager snapped and then yelled at me and told me that I was cussing all the employees out and that I needed to stop. We knew that to be false and he was just dramatizing the situation for his own personal entertainment to make himself look authoritative. I will never respect the gay community if men like that keep giving it a bad name. Over-dramatizing situations, especially as a manager? Wow, that’s pretty pathetic. The man didn’t realize he had me in tears. The fact that he was leaning into my car, 7 inches from my face wasn’t enough? I should have called the cops and pressed harassment charges. I hope you don’t like your job jerk, you’re not going to be a manager very long behaving like an infant.

Don’t serve fresh fruit which is a pretty big bummer. Friendly staff though.
