Subway

The food is standard subway quality: good. The service is always slow and the workers are ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ polite. Sometimes they act like they’re burdened that you’re there, and other times it’s the professional politeness I’ve come to expect from Subway.

Tried this bull crap place again today. You know the bottom inedible part of tomatoes? The part that most people throw away? Well today Subway put 3 slices of that part with the yucky stem thing cut out, so my tomatoes looked like tomato rings, kinda like onion rings. When I asked the female (I refuse to refer to her as a lady) to remove them and replace with some better looking slices, she became pissed off. She rudely took two of them off and threw them back in the bin for another unfortunate customer. Wow!
I asked her if she could remove the 3^rd one and she very rudely raised her voice at me in a condescending, scolding way and said, «there’s nothin’ wrong with it!» I politely stated that I didn’t like the way it looked and wanted another. She then aggressively replaced it with a fresh meaty looking slice. Geez, I didn’t appreciate being dressed down by the Subway chic. I will say, once I continued being polite and thanked her, she shortly followed suit and toned her attitude quite a bit. My co-​worker said he was in shock over the way she spoke to me.
The attempt to load my sandwich with garbage quality tomatoes and the bull crap attitude makes this officially my last day visiting this not so lovely Subway. $ 10 for a sandwich chips and a soda should come with a side of good customer service.
