After getting a drive-​thru order, being completely unhappy, talked to
Management. They were unable to do anything for us. «Zack» was unable to do anything aside from passing us along. Thanks «zack». We will go ahead and call Monday to talk to headquarters. You have been more than unhelpful. Happy holidays

They will make you a taco anyway you want it and if you are a vegetarian they’ll give you the credit back on the meat, on top of that they have amazing deserts and great sides one side that deserves special mention is their wonderful potato oles.

I love this place! I don’t come here often so it is a treat. I had a crispy beef taco tonight and it was perfect. Service was great! Even though it was packed with a line stretching outside we were able to order and get our food very quickly.

The staff was pretty friendly. The janitor was working outside when I walked into the building. He followed me into the building without washing his hands he proceeded to handle food products. As I was notifying management I observed him licking his fingers while putting my food into the carry out bag. I ended up giving my food back and demanding a refund and an apology. Did not get an apology the janitor moved out of sight from the counter and I did not see him again until he followed me outside of the building to continue his work. I will never eat at this known disgusting restaurant ever again.

Great service. Subpar food. Was disappointed in my lunch. Potato Oles tasted like they were cooked in old oil.

I’ve been here a few times. Last time I noticed the food prep area. A worker was loading up tacos without wearing gloves. She was not using utensils. She merely used her hands to dig into the lettuce and cheese while preparing the tacos.
Now, I understand we do this at home in our own places, but I’m careful about hand hygiene and cross-​contamination.
My concern is how is that employee’s hand hygiene? Did she wash her hands well (or not at all)? Did she touch anything and cross-​contaminate? Did she wash her hands well after using the restroom? Fingernails are dirty.
Why aren’t they at least using spoons or tongs?
I know we can’t prevent all illness, but these days what with Hepatitis and other viral infectious diseases … I think we should demand employees use utensils and/​or gloves.
Won’t be back.

Maybe it’s because we don’t have Taco John’s where I live… But, dang, I love this place. Good ol’ Americanized Mexican fast food. Beefy and beany burritos, tacos… yum!
