Quality bar food, friendly staff, good sports bar and a fun Friday/Saturday evening hangout. This was a good find!

Love this bar. Good food, good drinks. Great outdoor area and pool table. Nice bartenders and drinks made appropriately. Unfortunately, recommend coming late Friday or Saturday nights. Definitely regulars in the bar during the week days. We came in for dinner and drinks and felt like the outcast while others at the bar just stared at us. However, that won’t stop us from coming back!

Favorite happy hour spot! Always enjoy bringing our work team here or just meeting a friend. They have all the good bar games, keno & a decent food menu. There is always room inside or in the patio and their bartenders are always on their game. Everyday they have a good drink special so any night is a good night to go. Thanks for being our go to spot.

This is a clean bar, with lots of seating and a nice outdoor patio area with a beautiful view of the Lowe’s parking lot. Our waitress was kind, but definitely not attentive. She seemed a little too preoccupied with the one table inside to keep up on our drinks and collect our credit card after we set it down for payment. There were two occasions that I was sitting there for so long after our drinks were empty that I had to go inside and find her and she was usually talking to some friends at the bar. The place was pretty much empty. Not really any excuse for that lack of service in this situation. My husband comes here for drinks after work on occasion and I know he enjoys it, but I don’t know that I will ever come back.

I don’t think this bar belongs in the city. I’ve seen small-town bars in the boonies with more character. «The Cove”– what does that even mean in Nebraska? And no decoration? At least give me a dolphin. But, one can’t judge a bar by its name. Attracted by the band playing in the patio, we paid The Cove a visit. The bartender was nice enough– he got our drinks right away. We ordered some chicken wings and took our drinks out to the patio. The seats were half filled, so it wasn’t a particularly busy night. Half an hour, then forty-five minutes passed by, while we watched one waitress/owner/whomever she was coming in and out. Gee, what is taking chicken wings so long to fry? But the waitress never glanced our way, even though she knew we were there. We noticed she was only serving two tables– laughing, chatting and even joining her friends at the table while forgetting everyone else, as though she were having a private party at her own home and ignoring the outsiders on the sidewalk. It was unbelievable. The woman must’ve been at least 50– old enough to know better, and wearing bedazzled shorts inappropriate for her age, I might add. I knew because I had to watch her broad backside pass our table more times than I could count. This went on for 45 minutes. Annoyed, we went back inside to find out what became of our chicken wings, which we found were just sitting in the kitchen. The chicken wings were fine. Nothing exciting. I wanted some Tabasco, but no chance of flagging down the caddy waitress. I didn’t find better service inside, so I gave up on my venture. Finally, after we were done with our drinks and food, did she come by to clear our table and asked us if we wanted anything else. NOPE! We took care of ourselves, lady.

Not a fan. Caddy and gossipy crowd. Toxic atmosphere. Look elsewhere for a place to relax.

I didn’t really care for this place. I didn’t really feel that this place had it together. This place has no identity. No genuine«feel» to it. The beer selection wasn’t very good and the food was run of the mill. There is nothing special about this place.

Pretty standard bar fare. The food is average and the menu is pretty typical of a bar with burgers, sandwiches, etc. Inside, the bar has high ceiling and concrete floors. It reminded me a bit of the Pizza Gourmet in La Vista but not has lively. It was kind of dark inside but it was clean. The best part is the patio out front of the building. It’s a good place to sit out and have a beer when the weather’s nice but there’s a number of better dining options in the area.
