Tires Plus

I called on a whim to get an inspection, and I was thrilled they were able to get me in the same day. Completely unexpected and wholly appreciated!
I had gotten an Über inspection in Montana previously, so I expected 1.5 hours wait time, but again, I was pleasantly surpised. Not only was the location convenient and very close to my work (I visited the one on Pacific), they were quick and efficient. They had me in and out in less than an hour, so I was able to complete it on my lunch break. Further, they did not try to sell me anything, nor did they treat me like I’m ignorant like you hear about some repair shops treat women.
Dave was extremely courteous and friendly, and though I had not brought the required inspection form, when I returned, he promptly and cheerfully filled it out for me. I will definitely be returning for any future work I need to have done!

Went there twice recently with need for tires. Both times was told I had a serious battery issue (two separate cars). One battery was less than a year old. They were trying to sell $ 160 batteries. Real scam. But, tires seem fine.
Sent an email to company after the cheerful autobot reply to my Unilocal review. But, still no response other than autobot merry go round. Don’t let your daughters go here. They may be violated.

I have been getting oil changes done on my vehicles at this Tires Plus for several years now. In addition, I have purchased snow tires and all-​season tires at this store before and had them put on my vehicles. Always, the staff has been friendly and the prices have been much better than other places around town. Not to mention, the wait time is nearly half of the time I used to spend at the dealer getting oil changes.

$ 26.99 in labor to install remove a nail and install a patch in a tire??? Too expensive. Do not recommend.

Read all other reviews! Slow slow slow. They try to talk over your head to sell you on upgrades. Ask around before doing that!!!

After googling «oil change coupon,» Tires Plus came up with a good deal. I called this location, asking if they had a wait for an oil change. Aaron, who answered replied with «no.» I said thank you and he just hung up. I’m now sitting at O’Daniel Honda, where they charge $ 16 more for an oil change, because of the lack of customer service skills Aaron had to offer. I’d rather pay a company almost twice the price than give my business to a company that doesn’t require at least halfass customer relations skills. Aaron, tidy up your phone etiquette.

Pathetic customer service, just needed brakes to be checked and they charged 19 Bucks for a vehicle inspection. Not coming here again

Bottom line up front:
Sleazy sales tactics. Zero customer service. Quick work, but their website is inaccurate; they will charge you for services without explaining, and then blame you for not being informed. AVOID.
What happened:
I took our car in for an alignment here. Pretty quickly got a call saying we needed all new tires. Okay, sure; I can accept that.
Looked at THEIR website, which quoted $ 385. So far, so good. Told them what I wanted over the phone and they put the tires on quickly on a Saturday. Went to pay, and was charged $ 485. Not happy, I explained that the price was lower on the website. Was told to bring back the printed price and they would refund the difference. Ridiculous, given the computer sitting on the counter, but fine– the place is right down the street from home.
Came back on Sunday, when Sean «helped» me. I explained the issue and gave him the printed quote. «Well, this price is for the wrong size tire,» he told me; taking me outside to show me that the car label shows a different size than THEIR website recommended for my car. I explained that I made the decision based on the quote their website gave, inaccurate as it was. He proceeded to bring up the website and verify my quote, because, obviously, I might be trying to defraud the company by making a fake service quote. Sean then begrudgingly proceeded to refund me $ 50.
At this point, I had to again emphasize that I was overcharged $ 100, not $ 50. «Well, see this line says the quote doesn’t include tax,» he replied. I reminded him the sales tax rate was 7%, so the math wasn’t on his side.
So finally, he went line by line down the invoice, which the employee the previous day had not provided me a copy. Hello $ 57 charge for Warranty Service I neither requested nor was asked if I wanted. I told Sean that I wanted that refunded as well, considering the circumstance. «You signed the work order for this,» he quipped. I held my ground, reinforced no one mentioned this additional charge on the phone, and was ultimately refunded the $ 100 difference from the quote.
My experience here was awful, and I won’t ever think of going here again, despite their quick work. Their philosophy is clearly not customer service. It’s a stretch to even consider what I received customer tolerance. Mix with an inaccurate website and the chance you may have charges added that you didn’t know about or ask for makes my recommendation to go anywhere else.
