Pretty yummy pizza… Freshly made in the Chipotle model of having your pizza made as you slide down the assembly line. Ordered the steak&blue pizza and came out hot & fresh, should have waited for it to cool but was so good I couldn’t resist. Highly recommend a visit…

We went in to order two pizza’s For take out. They told us that our pizza’s would only be 8 – 10 minutes. As we were paying they were putting our pizza in the ovens… After 20 minutes and asking why it was taking so long and Getting the brush off, we went up again at 30 minutes. This time they finally checked the 9 pizza’s that were stacked on top of the ovens… And guess the two on the bottom were ours… The pizza was room temperature, not even warm. We won’t be back Update: January 13, 2016… I was contacted by the manager who apologized for the bad experiences that we had at our last visit to Uncle Maddio’s . He asked us to please give his establishment another chance. I appreciate that he cares about his customers and we will be back soon. I have changed my rating of Uncle Maddio’s because of him!!!

One of our 2 favorites in town(1a and 1b) — what a terrific find. The first stop were greeted by one who I assume is the franchise owner — great guy and customer service and this was passed along to the staff. Nice selection of diverse pizzas and sides. A MUST try even if you have to go out of the way.

Staff is super friendly and attentive. Incredible gluten friendly service, for diet or actual allergy. Build your own pizza, served at the table HOT and fresh. Chopped some items right there to maximize freshness. Laid back atmosphere. Wish we had one in our home town.

Had been hearing good things about this place and finally made it out here to try it. It did not disappoint! We were happy to see that they not only have the small personal pizza, but you can get regular large pizza as well! We got the steak and blue, which had blue cheese, spinach, basil, garlic, tomatoes, mozzarella, steak, and a balsamic glaze. All the people working there were so friendly and fantastic! They said their favorite pizza is the chicken club so we will have to go back and try that one. The other cool thing is they have the Coke machine where you can make 1,000 different drink combinations. Love those. The whole vibe and wall art inside the place is just cool. The pizza came out quickly and was brought to our table. The ingredients were fresh, the crust was so yummy! It was perfect, crunchy and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We will be back to try more as they had lots that looked really great!

This is by far my fave pizza«joint» in Omaha. Like other reviewers, I didn’t know it was a chain until I went there either. I was impressed the first time and after many visits I haven’t been disappointed. My favorite signature pizza is the Big Max — those meatballs! I’ve also enjoyed the Jamaican Jerk, Spicy Italian, and Southwest Baja. I’ve dined in and carried out, both at lunch and dinner. You choose what goes on your pizza and they put in in the oven as you move down the line, closer to the cashier. Super fresh ingredients and large variety. For lunch, they get you in and out quickly and have plenty of seating. Even if you don’t call your carryout ahead, it’s typically not a long wait. In the evenings, it’s a great spot for pizza & beer with friends with plenty of TVs or even a low key date night! All that and it’s very reasonably priced.

I enjoyed my first visit to Uncle Maddio’s, despite not realizing it’s a shiny, slick chain restaurant. Even so, there’s something comforting about the streamlined interior, what seemed like randomly placed TVs blaring sports and one of those fancy all-in-one touchscreen Coke machines. I could see the board of directors being all like, «We’ve got to be able to scale to make this business venture franchise-able. We’re going to be the Qdoba of pizza joints!» I’d say they succeeded. They offer an array of highly-customizable pies in various shapes and sizes — including sandwiches that are a hybrid between a calzone and a folded-over pizza. I ordered a small Simply Veggie pizza, opting to swap out shrooms for artichoke hearts. It was good and relatively healthy. The banana peppers really added a little zing I wasn’t expecting. Might swap those out next time as well. The menu prominently declares they have gluten free and vegan options. It’s nice to see they’re smart enough to cater to people with all sorts of food preferences and dietary restrictions. Overall, it’s a lot like Five Pie Pizza(the Subway of pizza joints, imo), but less of a cluster on the inside. I’d def go back.

I have now been here three times with my family and we have really liked it every time. You order at the counter and have a seat and the food is brought to you. The line was very deep the first time we arrived but moved very quickly. We have two Gluten free people in our family and have had their gluten free pizza each time with no issues, but like all pizza restaurants its probably not a great place if you have Celiac. They did take great care to change gloves, etc. and asked if we were allergic or just on a diet. The gluten free crust is crispy one of the best we have tried and they also had vegan and dairy free options. We have tried several of their pizzas and this time had split a Santa Fe salad which was outstanding and had just a little spice. Plenty of corn, black beans and nice portion of grilled chicken, this would be a meal in itself. The employees were extremely helpful and personable and the restaurant was very clean. Only downside was the music is too loud. We will be back.

Stopped into Uncle Maddio’s recently for dinner with the family and came away impressed with the place overall. As newbies to the area, we are still on the lookout for our«go to» places in a variety of food genres, but particularly pizza. It’s a family favorite. So, this popped up on Unilocal while searching for pizzas close to the house and off we went. Walking in, we didn’t know what to expect but it’s an order at the counter and have a seat type of place. The line was several deep on this evening but moved fairly quickly. Once at the counter, you order and tell them exactly what you want on your pie or sandwich. We had a couple of individual pizzas, a cheese and a buffalo chicken, and the boys had sandwiches. We liked the pizza quite a bit, though the buffalo chicken pizza was not something I’d get again. Nothing wrong with it just a personal preference. My wife really enjoyed the cheese pizza. The boys both liked their sandwiches a lot, so definitely a place to which we would return for the food. Two things really impressed us beyond the food. First, the employees were extremely helpful and personable and second, the restaurant itself was very clean. It was pretty busy on this night but there were employees cleaning tables and the floor was apparently swept with regularity. That may sound like one of those«it’s what they are supposed to do» things but it often gets overlooked when things get busy. Not here. I was impressed with the overall operation of the place. We will be back. Though the individual pizzas are nice, particularly when your party has disparate tastes in pizza, they do have larger sizes. So, I can imagine this might be our stop for take out pizza, as well. Definitely check it out.

We ordered a spicy Italian pizza and a Santa fee salad. They were both great. The pizza was very crispy and full of toppings. The salad was huge and full of goodies. When you walk in you order then sit down and they bring your food to you. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We went to the restaurant next door the first time we came because we thought the line was people waiting to be seated. The line moves very sickly and the food is worth it!

I tried Uncle Maddio’s with my mom yesterday and we loved it. We got two signature pizzas(The Greek and Southwest Baja) and they were both great! Service was fast and all the staff was friendly and welcoming. At the food line, the staff member explained the ordering process and what ingredients/options they have available. One of our pizzas did get caught in their oven so they had to make a new one, but the staff came over right away, told us about the issue, and offered us a free order of cheese breadsticks or cookies. Since we had actually already ordered cookies, we opted for the cheesy breadsticks which were actually shaped like a slice of pizza and absolutely delicious! Lastly, their cookies were amazing. You can get them warmed up. Mmmmmm. They tasted fresh and oh so delicious. Pros: Crust was one of the best I’ve had(plus, options of white, wheat, or gluten free), great service, clean prep and dining space Cons: Music was a little loud in the lobby Will definitely go back!

What a surprising place! I didn’t have much expectation. Thought that since it was a chain, it would taste mainstream. However, I’m very surprised! They use locally grown veggies. I ordered the jerky chicken pizza and it tasted great! The chicken was well seasoned. The veggies tasted fresh. The service was quick! I’m so glad to have found this place.

My son and I have been here twice now, and the overall value is very good. Service has been good both times, too. My son is a «plain cheese» kind of pizza person, but he likes to get the kids pizza with bacon here for some reason. Odd? Maybe. Delicious? Quite. On my first visit, I ordered the Steak & Blue, featuring olive oil, mozzarella, blue cheese crumbles, grilled angus steak, roma tomatoes, garlic, spinach, fresh basil and balsamic glaze. When it came out, the toppings were beautifully arranged and all of the flavors worked really well together. I am not usually a huge basil fan, and I was fearful that it would be too much, but the balance of flavors really worked well. This was also good eaten cold straight out of the box in the fridge the next day! I would order again. On my second visit, I ordered the BBQ Chicken with zesty bbq & tomato-basil sauce, mozzarella and cheddar, grilled chicken, bacon, red onions, corn and cilantro. This pizza wasn’t entirely cooked; very gooey in the middle and floppy to boot. However, staff visited the table after a minute or two, and without giving me time to complain too much, he had another pizza made to my liking. I loved the toppings on this pizza but was not a fan of the bbq and tomato-basil together. This pizza was too«busy» for me overall, and I will probably order something else in the future. Between visits, they seemingly ironed out a few processes. On our first visit, I didn’t notice an ordering system on the line; it may have been there the whole time but our entire order was keyed in at the actual cashier station. So on our second visit I was somewhat confused because everything food-related was entered at the computer closer to the line, and then the information transferred over to the cashier station and we got our drinks and paid there. It was confusing. Another example is takeout boxes. On our first visit, we had to ask for a box to take our leftovers home. On our second visit, there were plenty of boxes available on the drink station. Although staff are delivering the meals to the table a la Panera Bread, they are also working a prep line a la Jimmy Johns. It is an interesting mashup of fast, casual restaurant concepts, but it seems like they are working out some of the bumps to increase efficiency. Overall, I think Uncle Maddio’s is a solid Saturday afternoon lunch out with the family. Kid friendly and wallet friendly; I likey!

Walking in uncle M’s has a tradition subway style setup order point A choose toppings pick up point B. Line was quick food took about 5 min semi busy Thursdays afternoon. 212″ pizzas 1 a signature pizza other create your own 3 topper ran me 32 $ a bit pricey for 2MED pizzas! The crust was awesome thin n crispy it didnt hold on to well to heavier toppings(chicken sausage, Italian sausge, shroom) but hey even deepdish has its problems! The buffalo chicken pizza was delicious, uncle Ms has a variety of toppings and sauces aswell as dough salads sandwhiches. For family dinning I’d recommend other places based on price but for a couple or maybe date its ok. Overall food is good atmosphere casual 4⁄5

LOVEIT!!! The Chipotle of pizzas! Make it in front of you and it’s out about 5 min later. Excellent pizza with a thin crispy flavorful crust loaded with tons of fresh ingredients! Huge personal size. Great value! Make your own individual for $ 6.99 with 3 toppings and .50 for each additional or specialty ones for $ 7.99. Tons to choose from. Gluten free options. Vegan options. How fun, will definitely be back soon!

Still pretty green in the ways of organization, but I think it will pull through. Plenty of options for the finicky diner. 3 crust variants, plenty of toppings, salads, and what I will try next time. Tofu! The quick casual pizza place is the newest trend in eateries(that and Charcuterie boards). You can pick things like Pizza Ranch, Pizza Rev, etc. Really not too distinct. The décor is a bit loud, think Jimmy John’s annoying writing on the walls. There are some TVs located throughout. One was displaying Fox News. Nobody wants to see that when they dine. Depressing. Another kept looping a commercial for Maddio’s. Really? I was already there. I did not need to see it advertised as I was through the door. Decent beer selection and friendly staff.(yep, they are young kids mostly) Cholula, srirahcha, parmasean shake ‘ems. One of the wonder Coke machines that ensures you get just a bit of whatever was the last flavor through it. Still, I will be back. Good value. Just a bit out of the way for me. Pro Tip: avoid the plain garlic bread. not much flair and a bit salty
