Don’t go to this Wendy’s…terrible customer service They probably won’t see this but whatever lol they suck

Stopped between my day and evening jobs to grab a quick bite, service was terrible, I was late to work even though there was only one car in front of me, was not given a receipt, got to work and sat down to eat, I received a $ 2 sandwich when I paid for a $ 6 sandwich, tried to call and speak to a manager, no answer. Very disappointed!

The food was okay but nothing that would convince me that this branch is worth visiting ever again. It was the state of the restaurant that would make me avoid this one at all costs. I don’t usually expect much from a fast food restaurant above and beyond it being clean, quick, and hitting the spot when I get a fast food craving. This place was none of those things– which is saying a lot because when I crave fast food pretty much anything will do. The staff can’t keep track of your order despite it plainly printed on the receipt on top of the tray, cleaning projects like vacuuming or cleaning out their bins are started and never finished so you get a dirty view of everything, and customer service to them means a mild attempt at hiding their disdain for working there in the first place. At this point is rather travel the few extra miles to get the same food from a different Wendy’s

This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s restaurant in Omaha. If you are craving for Wendy’s, head down to the L Street Experience Wendy’s instead. They don’t burn your burger, put it on a dry bun, serve rancid ketchup, or serve you cold ‘new’ fries, which are not that good hot, but are horrid when cold. Yes, all of these things have happened to me at this location. Some, like the overcooked burger, happen more often than not. The only redeeming quality of this location is the Asiago spicy chicken, and the salads are okay. Otherwise, go elsewhere. 84th, L Street, 108th, anywhere else.

Wendy’s sends me an email with a coupon. I print it. In a couple of weeks, I stop by this Wendy’s. It’s not busy but I wait and wait at the counter. A kid finally looks over and says«Our District Manager says we can’t take internet coupons». Doesn’t ask what I want or anything. Rude little creep. Never again. Wendy’s is known for it’s bad fries anyway. Why bother?

Here’s a great story for this joint. I used to stop here every single night to get a bowl of chili. The last night I went through the drive thru I saw something absolutely disgusting. I was looking through the drive thru window and saw… anyway, let’s just say stories about people messing with your food(they’re fact based). I handed the guy back the bag of food and demanded my money back. He just so happened to be the manager. He asked me why and I told him that I didn’t have to give him a reason why unless he wanted me to send a nice fancy letter to the corporate office about what I witnessed. The manager gets really really angry and kicks the cashier stand, knocks things off of some other kitchen prepping areas with is arms and disappears. He comes back with my return receipt and says absolutely nothing. I drive off. Let’s just say that I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in a year; I’ve also cut back drastically on other fast food restaurants. In fact, I rarely eat out anymore.
