Great little shop. Right off the trail and across the street the a land mark. A hotel that host live music in their garden every weekend. This shop can repair your bike if your having issues. Tire, breaks, derailer. It has about twenty bike for sale. Very small it’s the satellite shop to a bigger dealership. The owner was very nice about answering our questions in our quest to find a hard surfaced trail in Wisconsin. The wife found a new seat bake that matched the color of her bike. If your in Trempealeau stop in its not huge, but very quaint.

First time having a bike in many years I did not know what i needed. After stopping at two other local shops where they didm;t see to have time to help I stopped in here. Within 5 minutes of conversation the sales person(Danny) had me testing 4 bikes. Ended up buying a bike and met the owner Kevin. He put the bike up and tested everything and made sure all things were set and adjusted correctly before I took it. I probably paid a little more than I wanted to for a bike(don’t get me wrong, the bike was a great price as I compared like models online but I ended up with a lot more of a bike than i was looking for) but because all features that they showed me and took the time to explain I picked out the one I wanted. I would recommend Blue Heron to any friend and will be back there

This is a great shop. You can usually tell if a bike shop has a positive vibe within the first minute and not only do they have a ton a bikes, but Kevin threw my bike up on the stand and was happy to take a look at it without hesitation at all. After a through inspection and identification of the problem, he had it fixed, tuned, and back on the road for $ 10 bucks in 10 minutes with some excellent suggestions on where to go for lunch. Great spot.

This is the shop you’ve been looking for… You won’t find a more friendly, helpful, knowledgeable shop. All the insight, none of the attitude. Stellar customer service and Kevin’s work is meticulous and he stands behind it. Kevin’s not happy til you are — not many shops can claim that. Check it out!

Kevin sells only bikes you can’t get elsewhere, and his shop has some really interesting bicycles. I have wanted a «dutch style» bike for years, and discovered a company called Linus that makes well-reviewed ones. But the only shop in Wisconsin that sells them is Blue Heron in Onalaska(I’m in Madison). I e-mailed Kevin twice with questions, and he promptly got back to me with the answers. So my husband and I drove up on a beautiful fall day and bought a gorgeous red Dutchie II. I LOVEIT! Finally a bike I can ride sitting upright so I can enjoy the scenery without torturing my neck, a bike that easily carries art supplies, a thermos of tea, mittens and a jacket(in a really cool basket). And a bike that doesn’t drive my upper-body weight into my arthritic shoulders. I recommend Blue Heron highly, and the bike too.
