I was totally wrong about these guys… I called about a defective umbrella we purchased and the customer service representative assured us we would have a new umbrella delivered. Yeah, that was almost 2 months ago. Like many others that have attempted to get a resolution, you just get the run around.

Ontario, CA
Manager does not honor their advertised prices on website (Craigslist). Nor will the Unilocal coupon be honored. Employee (salesman) asked to take down «false advertisement» of prices and manager declined and said to leave as is. Totally shady!!! However, it was the not the employees fault they tried their best to keep things honest.

I love this place. I had the best experience and my sales guy Mark S., was incredible.
I had been looking for over a month, and everything I saw was on sale, Target, Walmart, other discount stores, craigslist, was over my budget. I found this company through a friend, and the set I bought is amazingly gorgeous and will last me forever.
He was so nice and professional, and I told him my price range and he made it work. I got a set even nicer than I could afford in my price range. I live in Laguna, and they would have driven it over to me for only $ 90, but my son’s friend drove over with his truck and got it for me. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! Amazing. Sonja

We had a great experience with Ace Evert Inc. This is the place that supplies Costco with several of their patio sets — but for a couple hundred dollars cheaper. You can get a floor model for five or six hundred dollars cheaper, or a new one for two or three hundred cheaper — if you can handle the shipping yourself. Nice stuff.

I came from orange county to buy patio furniture from them. It was well worth the drive. Great service and I saved a great deal of $. Have recommended to everyone I know. Again, the service is what stood out.
