I experienced great in store customer service. Chris and Barbie helped me, each on separate occasions. My second visit had me and my husband sold on a beautiful sectional with an ottoman. The delivery took exactly 6 weeks, but the delivery did not arrive until 8:55 pm on a Friday. Our delivery window was from 8 am — 9 pm, so we could not go anywhere that day. A day after delivery we discovered a leg was missing from our chaise. We notified customer service and the response was that we could expect the leg in another 6 weeks. The only person that answers the phone in customer service has not put my phone calls thru to the manager, and this is the corporate office. When it comes to customer service this company lacks it 100%. The rep I have spoken to has been very rude and condescending to both me and my husband. This was an expensive purchase and we have waited such a long time just to get a piece that should have already been in place. Customer service is the reason i cannot give Linder’s a better rating, that’s to bad because we love our couch.

Decent store but limited in the brands the display. I was looking for the brand«coaster» and they only had 2 items. They had a huge catalog with over 10000 items to order but the whole reason why I went to the store it was to actually look at the real thing. Medium size store I just felt pushed by the salesman. He greeted us when we arrived and asked what we were looking for. I told him i wanted to look around and I would let him know if I needed help. I guess he didn’t understand this last part because he kept looking for us and asking.

Meh is right. No people skills at all. I went to every single furniture store around this area and Linders was the only store where no one helped me worth a damn. I was greeted as I walked in every other furniture store. Hell I had employees coming at me from the all angles and directions trying to help me with my need for a bedroom set. But Linders, good ol Linders, had their employees sitting on their asses directly to the front of the store and I think I was a figment of their imagination. I walked the whole store and it was basically me figuring it out for myself. Your people skills over the phone aren’t that great either. But don’t trip, I found my bedroom set on YOUR website and bought it from another seller. BOOM, that’s how I do.

I had purchased a sectional for my home from here. They have a decent selection of furniture to choose from. Some were brands or styles found in other similar types of stores and there were some that I hadn’t seen before. What sold me was their financing. They had two banks of choice and I went with Citibank. I ended up getting 24 months no interest. I couldn’t pass that up! They had good/helpful service. The only downside would be that the sectional was finally delivered maybe a week or so later than expected.

Pros: they have selections unavailable in other stores Cons: sloppy. They delivered the wrong furniture and try to blame you. In the end, everything was resolved, but makes you think twice about buying from them again.

I had a decent experience here when I was looking for a sofa. They carry a lot of good brands that you will find at other mid-range furniture stores. I wasn’t «wowed» by anything there, but you might find some contenders in your quest for furniture! Customer service was also pretty good… I was greeted and taken around the space. The prices are ok, but goooood deals are hard to find. The manager dropped a $ 100 off a sofa that I was on the fence about, but it was still a bit too much out of my budget. I left without buying anything, but it might be worth taking a look.

Very disappointing customer service Expect 0 discount if you go with their 0 interest financing Bring a flyer in so you know which date the deal ends, or else the sales people will say the deal ends today If your item is back ordered, just walk away, whatever date they promised you is a lie.
