Ammo Bros

This place has great stock and great prices, just horrible customer service. I walked in to purchase Ammo (there were only two other customers) and despite asking to be helped I still was not helped for about 20 minutes, and then it took another 20 minutes to get someone at the register to pay. There were 4 – 5 workers behind the counter talking and texting the whole time. Like I said great deals and great products, but I try to shop at other gun stores unless I absolutely have to go here. Truly was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had

A$$hole brothers is more like it! Every jackass working behind the counters are rude and act like a 13 year old girl on her period when asked a simple question. Prices are usually 10−20% more than Turners on average… Ammo Bros is a joke! The only reason they even deserve a single star is because once in a very long while, they do have a good sale on 9 mm ammo and once in a while lower receivers. Tell A Hole brothers to suck it and shop at Turners instead.

Exceptional service! Go in and talk to Patrick. Every time Ive been here I’ve always had a hundred questions… lol. Patrick has always been more than helpful in gathering information and selecting anything you need. Very knowledgeable personable and always a comfortable experience. If you’re a first time buyer and need information before you buy, ammo brothers cannot be beat!

If you want to buy ammo, the setup is not customer friendly. One person behind the counter while you have to wait your turn. Then, you have to ask for each ammo type and caliber. As you can see, this process is labor intensive and takes a long time. Perhaps this was done to cut down on theft but there has to be a more efficient way to do business.
Not many staff to help, I have been here a few times so this seems to be consistent… consistent poor service and attitude.
Not impressed with this store and would prefer Turner’s.

Do not do business with these guys, they will rip you off.
Don’t transfer anything to this store, they charge $ 100 bucks to do the paperwork, it’s $ 30 anywhere else.
The lines are ridiculous, they are slow af. Expect to be there for at least 3 hours for a simple transfer.
Your better off at turners.

Matthew & Crystal were great. Highly recommended location! They stayed open for us and answered all our questions.

First person in line and stood for 10 minutes until I left. 1 girl working the register and other guys not doing much. Line got bigger and just decided to leave. They didn’t have a proper selection of cleaning kits, so I have to go to Turners anyways. Screw it.

Terrible service. It’s a bummer that this place isn’t managed better. I stood there for 30+ minutes waiting to buy Ammo. All the Ammo is behind the counter, and they make you wait until someone calls your name to hand you Ammo. I’ll never come back again. It amazes me that Turners has better service then these guys.

If you want to be treated like your just another number at the DMV go here. Place is a joke.

Have the money to buy a Glock 21SF. Was on my way to buy it. The person on the phone said «we have them in stock but are not selling them to civilians at the moment, only law-​enforcement. Lost a paying customer today!

Biggest dicks ever. Went in to buy a Glock 27 with all my paperwork and cash in hand. They basically told me toufgh shit we dont have it and the sales man made every excuse in the world not to order it for me. «THERE AMMO BROS» they dont need my buisness.

I’m very happy with this location. Not only is it close but everyone there is helpful. They do get busy. Samantha the cashier and is very helpful and polite. I’ve always used this location for their prices too. I would recommend them to anyone

Ammo Bros has a large selection of guns and gear, everything a gun person wants in a gun shop. The bad rating is solely based on customer service from one of the employees. i visited the store to look at a Sig P320, after waiting around for maybe 10 minutes (other customers were being assisted) a young man came over and told me i had to be «LE» to see the P320, i stated i was and he proceeded to show it to me. As i looked at the gun he proceeded to ask me if i was going to buy the gun, i said not before looking at other guns i wanted to see, he then continued to tell me that thats usually how it goes with «LEO», and that they only look around to try to find the cheapest price because they are usually pretty cheap (LEO). after that i simply gave him the gun back and walked out. Not a good experience but ill probably go back since they did have the cheapest price on that gun.

I’ve shopped at other gun shops and purchased fire arms from elsewhere but on my first time entering this Ammo Bros store I now have a new regular gun/​ammo shop.
Eddie was the person who greeted me and who answered all my questions. And believe me I had a lot. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but has an easy to talk to personality that made me feel like I was talking to a friend rather than a salesman.
The store has a ton of weapons and other accessories in stock and they are willing to work with you too get you the fire arm you want.
I for one would recommend this shop to all of my gun owning friends and family. Go see Eddie! He’ll take care of you.

I would like to preface this review by saying that over the last 10+ years, at just about every gun store I have stepped foot in, I have never left feeling satisfied about the overall shopping experience. That is, until now.
When I walked in I was cheerfully greeted by a young lady at the counter (Samantha) which had me asking myself: «wait, is this a gun store?»
I had been in two other local shops looking for a hard to find item, and both times I was turned away or told that what I wanted was not as good as the items they they had in stock.
I was approached by Nick, and I told him what I was looking for. He said that they didn’t have it available in stock (shocker), but that he would happily check to see if he can help me get it. He went out of his way to answer my questions, and showed me all of the options on how to get what I needed. He did have to ask his manager (I think his name was Eddy, I can’t remember) for some assistance answering a few of my questions and Eddy was great. He had a lot of insightful information. I was surprised that Nick didn’t just give me a canned answer, and that he seemed genuinely interesting in helping me.
Overall I got what I was looking for, at a fair price, and with great service! It was truly the first time that I walked out of a gun store with a smile on my face, ready to come back and pick up my special order.
When I came back to pick up my order, the service was just as good as the last time. If they can keep this up, they may just have a new lifetime customer!

The staff here at Ammo Bros. were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to making a decision on what handgun would suit me best. For this reason I will always return to purchase any other guns in the future.
If you are new to guns and are not quit sure what route to take, come to Ammo Bros… I promise you’ll leave happy.

First start to finish, I had an excellent experience at Ammo Brothers. All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I came with a friend looking to purchase a birthday gift for my husband and Patrick was there to help us immediately — he was informative and extremely helpful. Not once did I feel rushed. He was very patient with me and never tried to up sale me on anything.
In the end, my husband was very happy with what I had purchased for him all thanks to Patrick! If you need any help, be sure to ask for Patrick!

Nick and Samantha were great to talk to and work with. The staff here is great and very personable. Their prices are quite reasonable. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thank you Ammo Bros Ontario.
2015Sept21 10 days ago Julio help me with my purchase of another product. He was really easy to talk to and got the paperwork done quickly. I picked up my product today, and was working with Art, who equally as good to work with as all the other staff I had mentioned. Nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff here at Ammo Bros Ontario.

It’s like talking with your buddies. They are also very professional and know their stuff. They treat you well here. Just don’t be a jerk.

Informative personalized service from start to finish. Just ran in for some ammo and general questions. Not once did I feel rushed so that the person helping me could move on to the next customer. Even the cashier was informative. Just be patient for your turn to be assisted and you’ll get the same in return.
Oh, and if you’re interested, they have a DP-​12 in stock that you can actually put your hands on.

Not pleased at all.
I have been here on several different occasions and the customer service has always been the same. Slow and rude. You would think I would have learned. This place is local to my home, at this point I would rather drive some Dianne just to get some service. The staff is too busy taking phone calls and what appears doing shop repairs. The manager Art dismissed me and my buddy who are looking to buy and do a private party transfer. This guy is just plain rude. One delay after another!
This prices are high here. At least $ 50 more than most gun stores.
They do have a lot of ammo for sale. Maybe they can concentrate on that!
But the slow staff and rudeness are just too much for me to return ever again!
I could not bear returning just to sit and watch the staff talk and to do repairs on my time.
