Horrible customer service — extremely dissatisfied with a purchase of $ 334.00 order. I entered all the information for billing and shipping but the system defaulted my shipping address to by billing address and my items were delivered to the wrong address which is 2 hours away! When I called customer service to try to work out a solution(such as them having the items picked up and shipped to the CORRECT address) they didn’t return my call for 5 days! I had to follow-up and basically was told that since no one else has had this problem(my incident is the only one) there was nothing they could do to help me. Although I offered to set up a pick up with FEDEX but they had to pay for the shipping —- they still said no. I’m appalled at the lack of assistance. I’ll never purchase from BBQ Galore ever again even though I manage several commercial properties that have BBQs and constantly need items.
