I am SO SO sorry I did not research this company and all the complaints before I made a $ 1,500.00 purchase from them. They are the RUDEST people I have ever dealt with. The bathroom vanity was to be delivered, however, before delivery they emailed an invoice along with specific instructions NOT to sign anything until package is FULLY inspected. Well. the trucking company «Road Runner» aka
is a NIGHTMARE! the driver wanted to dump the 300 lb. vanity on the STREET!
I called Listvanities right away (the driver was jumping into his truck to leave WITH the vanity) and spoke to Victoria in customer service, she tells me it is «Curbside» delivery. Now, there is NO place on the invoice that states that! Her response, was to refuse delivery, however, they do not know when the vanity would be delivered again, IF they delivered it at all. hmmm was that a threat? anyway, I ask to speak to manager, Victoria tells me there is nobody there at the moment. So, I wait five minutes and call again, and spoke to RON (who I now find out after reading reviews that he IS the manager) so RON tells me, there is no manager or supervisor available, that this is his PERSONAL cell phone, and that calls are forwarded to… again…strange! so he told me to call back in one minute and he WILL have the manager answer the call… hmmm VERY BIZARRE! so I wait 5 minutes and call… and Victoria answers again, saying that the manager is OUT TO LUNCH! I repeat what RON just told me. So, I hang up, call AGAIN… guess what? its RON! now he is telling me the Manager is NOT AVAILABLE!!! he wants my name and number and a Manager will call me back… YEAH RIGHT! I just could not deal with these idiots any longer so I hang up. The trucker, FINALLY left the vanity in my garage (I am moving into this house and the garage is packed so I had to make room, and the garage door just closes. I also had to argue with him to leave it on the pallet so it would not damage being on the floor & I was NOT allowed to inspect the item) this company is a total JOKE! I am not a person to write any negative reviews unless it is SO horrible and that I need to WARN others. I am contacting the BBB on Listvanites and Road Runner Transportation. Also, I WILL send this review to multiple sites. I am also writing a review about Road Runner. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO CALL IT THAT!!!

Listvanities is a total sh*t show. I went through an entire home remodel and this company alone won the hard-​earned prize for causing the most headache, poor customer service and poor quality vanity.
Ordered vanity
Got call that vanity was to be delivered on the following Wed (no flexibility).
Said ok
Vanity was delivered the Monday before instead.
We inspected vanity upon delivery and found a few things wrong with it, some paint on the cabinet and drawers that didn’t slide well. We refused the vanity based on this (as we were instructed to do in the receiving directions).
Called the next day, spoke to Victoria.
Victoria is the most non-​helpful, snotty customer service person I’ve dealt with in a while. She should go work at the DMV.
She told me that nothing could possibly be wrong with the vanity.
I asked her if she could expedite the replacement, she said she needed to talk to the owner (Ron Race). He responded, said he would help, then went MIA for 1.5 weeks.
Meanwhile, we are approaching the date that we are supposed to move into our house and the vanity is our only sink. I explain this to Ron. He doesn’t seem to care but gives me a few platitudes about how he’ll do his best.
I get a note from him a few days later that the replacement vanity will be shipped the following week.
Vanity shows up as promised. It is the EXACT SAME vanity as the first one we received.
Only this time, they forgot to include the sink.
I call again and ask them to please expedite shipping the sink. This is on a Thursday.
On Friday, I get an email saying they will be shipping it.
I don’t get an email confirmation that it’s actually been shipped until the following Tuesday.
It is sent in the slowest possible (USPS ground) fashion, I receive the sink the following Tuesday (we are already moved in at this point, with no sink).
When the sink arrives, the drain kit is not included. Oopsy.
We go to Home Depot and buy a drain kit. We tell Ron don’t worry about it, just want to be done with these people.
2 weeks later we receive a drain kit.
I would definitely not recommend listvanities.
