Staff members are nice. They serve you fast and understand how busy people are The cashier was really nice and recommended the chicken sandwich which was delicious

I’m glad that Carl’s has a store at Ontario, as it’s an old favorite from living in California. But the store as a whole could use some spit and polish, as it feels careworn and a bit run down. As for the food — it’s what one expects from Carl’s /Hardees. They handled my special order correctly(if quizzically). The drink fountain worked. The fries were a good temp. There are other options at ONT, but I’ll probably keep hitting up this one.

I rarely write reviews and felt the need to do so this time. Customer service was very pleasant. However this was among the worst egg and cheese breakfast burrito I have ever had in my life. I am a vegetarian and the egg and cheese burrito had a piece of meat in it and tasted like pork fat was used in it. Awful in every way except for the salsa I used to overrun the taste and make it somewhat palatable. They need to do and can do a lot better.

This restaurant seems to operate to fail. Today, their coffee machine is out of order, both of them. Another time when I came, they can’t accept credit cards. Their service is less desirable as well. Personnel don’t smile and hard to understand when speaking English. Otherwise they speak Spanish to themselves which is a missed opportunity for them to practice English.

Service was good and the staff was very friendly. Only had an iced coffee here and it was good. There’s not a lot of choices in the airport, so this is a solid choice.

I have never seen such slow service ever! Totally understaffed for an airport franchise.

If it could be negative one star I would. Obviously, I had a flight to catch. Why the heck would I be in Terminal 4? Long story short, they missed /messed up. Never got my order. When I asked about it I got alot of dumb looks. Got a refund, but was traveling and saw all this bs play out in front of my eyes while waiting to catch a plane. The staff has plenty of time to flirt/hug/talk/hang out with Southwest Baggage Handlers/TSA/Janitors but sadly it would seem that the paying traveler comes last at this Carls. This one broke the straw for me on Carl’s in general. McDonalds or In and Out from now on. The date was 6÷19÷15 at noontime and I told Carls corporate the same

Horrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude when I asked if I could get food and she’s like«I put it there it’s not my fault you didn’t see it»

So, I have not had very good luck with Carl’s Jr. since I moved from Hawaii to the West Coast. Every time I’ve gone to get food it has tasted like it was under warming lamps for an hour or more. This location is the exception. I fly out of ONT basically every week, and they are one of the last places you can get food after 4 pm or so when the other restaurants in Terminal 2 start rolling up the sidewalks. As a result, they’re usually busy, and so everything is being made to order. Granted, fast food is probably not the best option, but at least it’s tasty!

Its a Carl’s Jr. I love the simplicity and ease as with any other fast food place but tummy always regrets after.

Not a bad choice for relatively quick and affordable airport eats.

Lost my order. Waited 20 min. If I didn’t go up and ask I would have waited longer. Under staffed at 5am

I travel for business all the time and I always make sure to stop here to grab a meal before heading out. Their food is always fresh and made to order so I am thrilled that they are here. I always order a low carb(no bun lettuce wrap) combo with sweet potato fries and the quality never disappoints. I have eaten at other places at this terminal over the years and I think this is best place here. I have read some of the other reviews, but I seriously think people has unrealistic expectations for an airport fast food joint. I cannot imagine this place not being here because on some travel days, it is the only meal I get to eat. I whole heartedly support this Carl’s Jr. because consistently good clean fast quality places are hard to find while being on the go.

Staff wants to make sure you know the depth of their contempt for you, so they never wipe down the tables. Even when it’s slow the dining room is filthy.

The food here sucks for breakfast. Spend your money somewhere else. I have been here twice now and both times the food was greasy, anything with meat takes like cardboard. Their coffee sucks too and that is not because I prefer starbucks. It taste burnt and I have to add way too many sugar packets to make it drinkable.

It’s an airport. Fast food. What can you expect? Staff who doesn’t care– you have to eat and your options at ontario airport is extremely limited. Don’t set your expectation too high and you won’t be disappointed.

The rudest staff at any fast food I e ever experienced. Ask for a cup of hit water and told it will cost $ 1.17. Why would anyone pay that for hot water??? Nasty employee tells me she’s the manager and it’s to cover the cup cost. $ 1.17 for a cup! Wow how do they stay in business when they pay $ 1.17 per cup and all other fast foods pay pennies. Went to El Paseo and they accommodated my request with a smile. After returning to carls jr to point out how a business should be run. I was told they are a business and will continue to charge $ 1.17 for a cup of freaking water. Well good luck with that business plan as I buy my lunch at El Paseo due to appropriate customer service.

It’s the best airport food there is in Ontario, CA! I have tried to eat healthy or something else and always end back up at Carl’s Jr. Yes, I have even spent $$ double money with a meal I had to trash before ending up at Carl’s Jr. I will not eat anywhere else in the Ontario airport, I will not eat anywhere else in the Ontario airport, I will not eat anywhere else in the Ontario airport. Ok, lesson learned.

Compare to everything else in this airport, its one of the best food place. It’s not super overpriced for airport food. Food was just awesome Carl’s Jr. food. If you like Carl’s Jr. You’ll like it, but if you don’t like Carl’s Jr – don’t expect something amazing.
