Omg best meat market ever !!! The carne asada and chicken marinaded are bomb !!! Even there short rib things marinated is bomb the meat with the 3 bones on the side. They have fresh salsa just ask the butcher and he will ask you what kind they have red, green, guacamole, and my favorite the pico de gallo. It’s really hot it has chopped seranos and jalapeños. They have birria on Saturday and Sunday it’s really good but expensive but I think it’s worth it. The meat isn’t the expensive they have good prices I just love this place

BEST meat ever. Really fresh and they prepare the ranchera meat when you order which is great and weights less too.
All the meats are very fresh when we BBQ we always get the meat from here. Weekends be prepared to wait in line or holidays for at least an hour. it’s always packed that’s how delicious their meat is. :)

Like everyone else says… This place has THE BEST carne asada, period! When it’s grillin’ time, we drive the extra miles to get our carne asada preparada from here. One try… And u’ll see why!

Don’t u hate when u see so many good reviews and the place was over hyped. This is one of those places. The cut on the ranchera was too thick plenty of fat on the meat. I asked for marinated meat based on the reviews and the butcher says ill prepare it for you. Any bbqer knows you have to season meat for at least a couple hours to get a good marination. Cooked meat on grill no flavor a bit fatty however was fresh. Price 5.50 lb not bad. I prefer a leaner cut and I can marinade the meat ten times better. I’m just spoiled I used to get my meat from el toro in Santa Ana nothing in the IE compares. Really wanted this to be the asada spot since moving to Chino.

Very good place to pick up items for a sunday bbq. The selection of meat is standard to any butcher, and if you need a specific cut they can throw it on the bandsaw with no extra cost. Staff is friendly even to the non — spanish speaking customers. I shop there with no hesitation. Oh Don’t forget there is tons of parking in the back of the store.

Best carne asada around. I live in Alta Loma & have made the trip to this meat market for the seasoned carne asada. It’s perfect for the grill. The bread is also fresh too if you’re looking to make tortas. Their produce is also priced very well as if it’s like a farmer market.
It can get busy in there, but service is always fast. I’ll always keep coming back. It’s the Mexican in me.

Authentic Mexican cuts of meat — small and crowded but definitely worth going out of your way for what you get. The cuts of skirt steak are sizeable and very lean. You cannot go wrong with any of their marinated meats as their marinade is without a doubt among the best in the area.

This meat market is one of the best in the area. I typically drive from North Fontana (15,210) just to get costillas (short ribs) from this spot. There marinate is like no other and their meat is of good quality.
Although they recently changed the meat for the short ribs, it lessens the flavor of the meat.
Who knows, but this place is a good spot to hit up for your next BBQ!
