My grandmother passed away last month and I chose to do the wake here. The staff was wonderful. Extremely helpful, understanding, compassionate, and empathetic. They answered all my questions and the day of ran smoothly. There was a minor mistake on our programs with the prayer, but they were able to fix it with new copies before the wake started so that was great. Thank you, Ricardo. The prices are also great! One of the cheapest around but definitely high quality. The only thing I would have wanted differently were the chairs. I wish they would have benches. The lady that helped us(I feel bad I can’t remember her name but she was very sweet and helpful) said they were working on getting benches and decorating the chapel a bit more. With those additions I don’t see why this place couldn’t get 5 stars.

I’m giving 4 stars because the staff was very supportive and respectful. The price was one of the lowest I’ve found for direct cremation in the Inland Empire, 895.00 which includes pick up of the deceased, all the permits, one death certificate(extras are 12 a piece which was the standard everywhere else) and the cremation. All expenses involved with the process were included in the price. No hidden fees except if the deceased happens to be over 300 pounds. They did not mention that as a possibility whereas every other place I called, did. I thought I was getting an extra special deal until I was told it would be another 250.00 dollars. They also offer services for additional cost. Ruth was very nice and let me fill out all the paper work via my computer and phone. Even accepting picture images from my cell when my printer happen to stop working. I didn’t want to have to go in but once and she tried to make that possible, unfortunately there were issues with the death certificate and they have to put in for an amendment, so I won’t receive the correct version for a few weeks. The one thing I found somewhat distasteful was that their office had no air conditioning, it is 96 degrees out today and I came in to the smell of formaldehyde and death. There was even a fly in there and so that left for a rather disturbing pick up. I’d still use them again but the most important thing to me was that they respected me and the passing of my loved one. They tried to make things quick and always spoke in a tender tone, even when I got upset at the death certificate being wrong. I got many apologies and promises to fix it as soon as possible. As promised, I received the amendment to the death certificate with no troubles.
