Developing Leaders

I had the privilege of taking several classes taught by Ron Hurst. He has the innate ability to educate and improve your leadership abilities. I highly recommend any of his classes if you are looking to improve your skills.

As I started writing this review, I didn’t know where to start because there are just too many good things to say.
I have attended many seminars with Ronald Hurst within the past year. I have come to find that he is an extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional who genuinely wants to see you develop in to the greatest leader you can be. He takes a personalized approach to increasing factors within an organization, such as: communication, motivation, commitment, effectiveness, and overall leadership.
What differs about him and other trainers is how evident his passion for what he does. I cannot recommend Ron and Developing Leaders enough.

This is by far the most effective way to learn about leadership!!! I recommend any of Ron hurst’s class to anyone that is trying to learn or further their leadership capabilities. I have gained a tremendous wealth of knowledge attending his classes. He has both book smarts and real life management experiences.
The one thing I would like to recommend to any company/​establishment is to include superiors to attend these classes also. Because the one thing that hinders this learning experience. Is going back to your day today and not be able to apply it because your superiors don’t see/​understand what your trying to accomplish.
The knowledge you gain in this interactive class room environment are mind blowing. He has the most simple activities that result in the best tools for the scenarios he uses it for. You will never gain see the activity/​game/​tools used the same after he uses them in his activities.

I had the pleasure to attend Ron’s seminar on motivation last month and have already put many of the lessons into action. When you are in the room listing to Ron you are not only learning how to strengthen your team but yourself as well. I set out to help my team but Ron held up that mirror to see that I needed to start the change with me in order to help my team members. I along with several of my coworkers have attended several of his seminars and we plan to continue due to the great results we have see. I would recommend Ron for any of your small business or corporate needs.

A bit about myself: I graduated from engineering school a while back with aspirations to become an engineering manager. I always thought that if I could survive engineering college, then I could pull off being a manager without too much effort. I couldn’t have been farther from the truth.
Recently I was privileged to take a class taught by the owner of Developing Leaders, Ron Hurst. The man has education in so many fields as well as a great deal of insight on how to inspire and motivate people. Even if you are already a decent leader, I’d highly suggest taking one of his leadership classes. Ron has a lot to offer.
