This one has been here awhile but is well run.
Today I experienced some of the best service I have ever received at any restaurant, including TGIF’s. The waitress’s were on it and helping each other out. The kind of service I hope to receive.
Food was great too! I got the lunch special. For what you get, a good value.

food comes out good, but it is not worth the wait. ignoring our table and not checking up will definitely get you a bad review… step up your service here.

DO NOT COME HERE! I had my college graduation today and this was the only place to come to., apparently 1.5 hours is not long enough to make a hamburger.

I’m really disappointed in this location. After being seated, we browsed the menu for a while but noticed nobody seemed to be remotely interested in taking our orders. Not even a bus boy came to offer us water at least. We waited an additional 10 minutes and saw two other parties be seated on either side of us and receive service right away. We pushed the «call server» button on the table kiosk and the red light flashed vigorously as ALL of the servers just walked laps around our table. Talk about annoying, especially when you’re starving and there’s no reason to be ignored. We ended up leaving without even being noticed bc that’s how unimportant we were to this establishment. Needless to say, I won’t ever come back and they’ve put a bad taste in my mouth about Friday’s in general. If you’re looking for good service and a worthwhile dining experience… RUN!!!

This is by far the worst TGIF! 15 mins before we even saw the waitress. It wasn’t even busy. We ending getting the AYCE apps and they were awful. The apps were cold and had no flavor and a little on the greasy side. The mix drinks were no correct. They were over powering. Something you don’t expect when its a simple mix drink. I’m not a fan. I don’t think I will be returning any time soon.

We came back after 7 months in hopes things would be better. Sadly, nothing has changed. The food is still not served hot and service was extremely slow this time. Avoid this location at all cost. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Victoria Gardens which seems to have better reviews.

Waited for our lunch for 29 min. My team and I were very disappointed. Poor service and couldn’t get my meal right. No avocado means no avocado.

We do not recommend you dine at this TGIF restaurant… we ordered Dragonfire Chicken on the lunch special and the broccoli stems had mold. We let our server know and showed him the broccoli and he then took it to the kitchen manager. Kitchen manager came out to apologize and dismissed our complaint excusing that all broccoli stems have black dots in the stems and that mold grows outside the broccoli flowerettes, i explained mold geows from inside out…

I work in the guest service industry, so writing the review means a lot. I am currently sitting inside, at our table at the moment. Before I write anything, understand that the food was just «okay». It may have been satisfying considering how hungry we were, that’s besides the fact. Not just mine, but the company I came with as well. Overcooked and lukewarm. Service? Very slow and seemed as if our party was unimportant and not a priority. Other guests in the restaurant seemed very irritable and aggregated, as well. Employees were standing around and not being attentive.
I would give an opinion for our server, but she never gave us her name. Anyway, she was okay — not great, however. There were no silverware until other guests at another table acknowledged it.
Anyway, that’s all I will say. Hope this place gets it together.

Where do I start? Ate lunch there today. Terrible slow service. Cold burger, horrid fries. Filthy women’s restroom. Dining area very dirty. Why were we asked if everyone in our party was over 21 before seating us in an area near the bar, only to have them seat a family with very loud toddlers next to us 10 minutes later? Never going back!

It’s a Tuesday and takes 20 mins for your entrée to come and 10 fucken mins for your beer to come. Ain’t no one hear ! Place is Wack

Our food was just as bad as the service. Will not be coming back .
We got sat within 10 minutes then it started going down hill … We didn’t get our waiter to great us or take our drink order till almost 20 minutes after sitting down, soda was flat, finally we ordered our food getting our food took atleast another ²⁵⁄₃₀ minutes. Upon getting our food we did not see our waiter again we had to flag her down just to pay our bill.

This seriously was just ok. We were a bit of a large group. Roughly 18 of us. Decent location and friendly servers, but unfortunately either had to much on her mind or really couldn’t handle a large crowd. Got more than three peoples orders wrong. Never came back to check on refills. We had to call her back over to our table several times to ask for what we needed. So yeah … Other than that, parking was deent and bathrooms were clean …

I hate writing
bad reviews. Especially since I am in the restaurant business,
It bothers me to do so but the attitude of the bartender left me no option.
I preach customer service
It is the second most important facet of every dine in restaurant. 2^nd only to the food itself.
I picked up a couple of friends from the airport
And we decided to stop in and have a few drinks and order some food.
My friends each ordered a beer
Blue moon and summer ale
I opted for a strawberry daqurie
The daqurie was like a smoothie
I tasted virtually no alcohol.
I asked for a shot of spiced rum and that is where I encountered an issue.
Bartender said
I’ll have to take your drink
Then give it back to you when you are done with your shot.
I said I am buying the shot to put it in my daqurie
He said restaurant policy doesn’t allow it.
In my 27 years in the bar and restaurant if never heard of anything as stupid as that.
Then my friend tried to order the shot for me.
The right thing would have been for him to serve it to him then let me know if he saw me put it in my drink that I can’t do that. No not this gem
He said no you are going to go give it to him.
Okay then when my friends order another round of drinks I declined stating I can’t taste the alcohol
And he says in my opinion very unprofessional
I’m not lying I put alcohol in it. So you want to watch me pour it.
I said sure and went for a long island ice tea that tasted like a grapefruit.
The food was what it was
Typical tgif whatever the seared tuna nachos were good.
If this is truly policy
It’s a horrible policy.
Place won’t see me back.
Even after the ridicule
The bill was 101.00
We still tipped 25 bucks
Whatever.
9 hours later I’m still unhappy about being treated in that fashion.

This Fridays sucks. Its dead as hell yet their services always slow! servers are dry. they charge for sauce? wtf. Plus Fridays took off their 2 for 20. now your paying full prices for bad services and meh food! no thank you.

I went in to this with low expectations, it’s a TGI Friday but all I wanted was a little dinner and some drinks. My expectations clearly weren’t low enough.
Pecan crusted chicken salad;
Is there dressing on there? I have no idea.
The chicken was completely tasteless and as dry as death valley.

New England Clam Chowder;
AKA — onion soup. I’m pretty sure everything in the white paste mixture was onion. Even the big chunks that you figure will end up being potato, nope more onion.
The bartender was polite and attentive. So there’s the 1 star.

I must say, I have gone to many TGIF and actually enjoyed our meals every time. However, this one in particular, was horrible. First my boneless hot wings came WAY overcooked, it felt as if we were chewing on rubber so we sent them back. Then we moved to the karaōke areas to listen while we ate. My «Ribeye Steak» which I ordered medium rare, was WAY overcooked, you would have thought. I ordered well done. It was chewy and looked like a piece of Carne asada.
On the bright side, my wife’s chicken and shrimp was good. I didn’t send mine back because I already sent back the hot wings, but what a disaster. I was very very disappointed in the food and lack of concern from staff.
A little tip: if a customer orders a full meal and the appetizers are sent back, PAY ATTENTION TO HIS/​HER NEXT ITEM COMING OUT. If that same customer does NOT eat 75% of his/​her meal… something is wrong.
Glad I am not a inhouse complainer. I wouldn’t want people handling my food after 2 disastrous meals!!!
$ 100 down the drain, and I even tipped even though this night crew was HORRIBLE

There’s a reason this place has so few stars! Came here for a work lunch with 8 coworkers to celebrate a new hire. The service was incredibly slow– it took over an hour to get our sandwiches after we ordered and the place wasn’t even busy! The menus were falling apart and my chair had a leg that was 4 inches shorter than the other 3. 4 inches! That’s quite a difference to not notice! I almost fell off when I sat down. The food was just ok. Nothing was particularly good. We’ll stick with the China Inn place next door from here on out.

Only happy hour are worthy here.
I never been to TGI Friday, and this was my first and probably last time here.
The atmosphere are similar to Apple Bee’s. Their serve traditional All American food here.
Their happy hour is probably the only reason you should come here. Half off almost all appertizers, $ 1.50 fries and slider. The regular price of those appetizer are ridiculous. $ 11 for wings, which is higher price than wings specially shop.
Food here is just not good and isn’t fresh, the service here is excellent though despite mediocre food. The location of this TGI is strange, is basically middle of no where except near few business building. Only way to access here is driving.
