Was grateful to find this honest and fair priced shop.
I was told by a previous auto shop I needed $ 700 plus work on my car and this shop showed me and explained to me why it wasn’t needed and what was needed.
Saved me $ 600 bucks!
Will absolutely return.

Since my brother referred to Don Cortez tire services ever since I have been changing my tires, done alignment and changed my ball joints, I have also referred other clients and have brought my kids as well for their tires change and to purchase BMW Rims they were low cost. The staff is so professional, courteous and they do an awesome job. They also help me get money back on a new tire the it was manufacture fault. Reina the manager is so helpful and very informative with any mechanical, tire rims and the whole car in general. Tired and labor with the mechanic is fair and will not hurt your pocket. I can only end this review with, great place to take your vehicle too.

My dad took my car here to get me two used tires. When he got home which is two minutes away from the shop the tire he had just purchased was flat. He had to put the spare in and we went back. Since they have a no guarantee on used tires the only thing they did was patch up that one and we were screwed. If I wanted a patched up tire I would have just saved the $ 40 and patched up the one I had before. These guys are not honest and they just wanted to sell a crappy tire and hide behind their” no guarantee on used tires «policy. I was going to buy rims and two new tires but forget that! I will not be buying with them ever again! Even though I understand policy I also understand costumer service, and they suck there. So I could have been a life long costumer but instead of them making it right and either giving me a refund or a different tire they decided to stiff us, NEVER AGAIN!!!

My girl friend took her car there to get new tires on her car. This was fine. She then went back to get the window mechanism replaced. When she got the car back the one window now worked and the other ones did not when you pushed the driver window buttons. After driving it for a bit the car drove like crap. She had another mechanic look at it and found out that the transmission fluid was over filled. She had not had any transmission work done on it since she got the car. How does it magically get over filled. Those ?@;:() added so she would have to come back so they can stiff her for more money. Don’t ever go to this place they are dishonest.
