Wow, all I can say is Duane Serna Tile are great people
I had a situation where unfortunately we had to get my elderly mother into an assisted living facility .Shes 95 years old .As a result, me and my brothers have had to get her home remodeled and ready for sale or rent.
If youve gone thru this, it’s major stress for everyone,
New carpet, new paint, and remove all furniture and «stuff’ accumulatiated for years
In a word we needed a good tile man to replace 160 sq feet of floor tile in the kitchen
A good tile setter is not easy to find
After calling a few no shows, I got a hold of Duane for an appointment and job walk.
His was courteous, helpful, pleasant and on time for our meeting.
I liked the guy right away and reccomended him to my family
Well, I goofed, I promised Duane Id call him back with a yes or no, in a word
I FORGET TO MAKE THE CALL and Duane being a competent tile setter with years of experience is busy and booked up weeks ahead of schedule.
He kindly told me he could not do my job because I didnt notify him in time and would have to pursue jobs already scheduled.
I sincerely apologized and told Duane ‚“Im sorry, I dropped the ball, Im stressed out because of my Moms situation Thanks anyway, I would have loved for you to do job.
A couple days later I get a text from Duane, and a phone call,
«I think I can work you into my schedule» Wow!!! He was kind enough to forgive my neglect, and thoughtlessness and still do the work we discussed.
In a word the job was perfectly done in a timely, workmanlike manner. We were very pleased.
I reccomend him and his company with his personal service highly, Good tradesmen are an «endangered species» and very hard to find in this day and age.
