This place is absolutely amazing, the hookahs blow clouds for days, the staff is helpful and friendly. I came in about a couple days ago and an employee by the name of salim, packed me a bowl that lasted for about 2 and a half hours, it was so smooth and I enjoyed his hookah, I recommend coming on a day when salim is working, you name it and he will astonish you. This place is superb.

This place is so amazing! Staff is great! Salim was so helpful, helped us out so much. Made us feel extremely comfortable, we will be coming here again. This place is waaaayy better than velvet room. This is a must attend! Just found out new favorite hookah spot!

Ceaser is a great manager! He really interacts and makes his customers feel welcomed. I like his lounge a lot better then the velvet room! Prices aren’t that expensive! But you definitely get what you pay for!!!

Great place to just chill and have a good time. Every flavor I have tried did not disappoint! The service was amazing, especially by Cesar. And prices are damn good compared to The Velvet room. Music is always on point too.

To start off this place is DEAD on saturdays so stay away. The video’s on Unilocal are misleading and it does not get packed whatsoever. There was a total of i think like 5 people in the whole hookah bar. When i walked in, the host literallly asked us what we wanted to order before we even sat down!!? come on now let me look at a damn menu, horrible service by the guy with glasses. To top it off they had a deal i bought on Unilocal which they knew nothing about and had to call the owner just to verify if it was valid or not? even after i showed them my phone with the confimation number on it… How do you NOT know what your business is offering or try to tell me that its only on specific days when it never states that anywhere. Anywho, long story short i will NEVER be coming back to this location, there are so many better places to smoke elsehwere.

This lounge is THE place to smoke hookah in the IE! I’ve been coming here since the lounge opened, and they have continued to amaze me from day one. They have an incredible variety of flavors, and an amazing selection of house mixes. All of their hookahs are super clean, and every head I’ve ever smoked here has been packed to perfection. I seriously cannot fault this place!
The customer service here is second to none as well; coals are brought promptly and each employee treats customers like family. There’s literally no difference in how a first-​time customer and a regular are treated around here!
If you haven’t been here yet, you are missing out. What are you waiting for? GET OUT HERE!!!

This Falak location is very elegant. Guaranteed to have an amazing time! & now the have a $ 30 for $ 45 Deal, save myself 15 for an other hookah. yaaaaaaaaaaay i love it :)

Fav place! Best hookah and best flavor recommendation to sweet, mint, fruity etz they always choose the best.
Really good music to any genre to EDM to hip pop and RnB and Spanish so you won’t get bored with the same repeat music that other hookah places play.
Good and friendly staff always worried and on point to have the customer satisfied
Good prices nd good happy hour prices nd talk about the glass hookah
Only missing is (bubbles!) Lol
But fun place nd chill the best in inland empire ! Nd best in Ontario
