There were associates everywhere to help you if you needed it.
Clean, and organized store.

I love this place, but I need to stay way. They have so many cute, affordable, name brand shoes and I want them all. If you sign up for their rewards program, they will send you discounts and when you earn enough points you get $ 15 off your next purchase. Sneakers, boots and heels! They have everything I need!

Off Broadway Shoes is one of my favorite stops to look for shoes since they have various brands, various styles and much bigger selections than the usual department store. A little something for everyone.
I seem to usually find at least one pair to take home here. I have trouble finding shoes truly, so those odds are pretty good when I normally go empty handed. Favorite thing here is their selection of flats and summer sandals. This visit I left with some Jellypop leopard loafer flats.
Make sure to check out the large clearance in the back as the discounts tend to be pretty good. Also, save your receipt as there tends to be a discount for next time on the bottom of each. It’s not much, but every savings count!

This store is wonderful. Awesome customer service by friendly and helpful sales associates. I asked about the return policy as I had several pairs of shoes ordered online, that ended up being the wrong size. September, the manager eagerly offered refunds where appropriate and store credits for those purchases beyond the timeframe for refunds. Even though I didn’t intend on shopping at that time, I found numerous replacement purchases for the items I’d returned. Great shoe selections, and great customer service! I will definitely be a frequent shopper at this store!

I LOVE HEELS! And by that I mean they are a staple in my life, an essential to my everyday fashion.
So when I’m looking for something that I likely wouldn’t find at other shoe stores, I stop here. The selection is incredible. This is the Costco of shoe stores! Minus the bulk.
I pick up a few pairs every year — all at a reasonable price —, and with each purchase they give a receipt (of course) that offers a discount on your next purchase. No expiration date. Really? Where’s the manager so I can HUG them?!? No really, where?! Because that’s a great deal. (The discount is determined by your spend amount.)
They’re constantly having sales too.
From flats to boots to stilettos to evening shoes to tennis shoes, I’m sure anyone could find something here! And yes there are men’s shoes too. But I’ll admit, I’m selfish when it comes to shoe-​shopping, so my eyes are set on the other side of the store. The beautiful, tall, magnificently hot heels that will look perfect with my Friday night outfit.
I lied when a man once asked what my fantasy is and I responded that I don’t have one, because seriously — this store is my fantasy coming true!

Great selection, happy employees, eager to help. I found a «flaw» on one of the shoes I was purchasing and they went out of their way to fix it. I know they didn’t want to lose the sale but I was impressed with their customer service. You also get a coupon for the next time you go in.

Bright lights, stiletto heels, boots, sneakers and some overly friendly employees. That’s what my wife said about one gal assisting me with my purchase of sneakers. I will say she was nice, that is all.
I like this store because you get a coupon with your purchase, that does not expire and can be used on your next shoe shopping adventure.
Check this store out if you are taking a stroll at Ontario Mills. This place is a warehouse of shoes.

I loved this place. it is shoe HEAVEN. So many things to choose from. I didn’t think I was in there for very long, but realized it when the fiancé was done looking at the men’s shoes and told me he was going out to sit down. Honestly, it doesn’t take me long to shop anywhere, just there were so many shoes. I found a cute pair of Aerosole white sandals, that are very comfy, and for once, not a flip flop kind of sandal (I love sandals). I was going to get a gladiator sandal, but didn’t have enough money. The service was ok and friendly, and with my purchase I received a coupon for $ 3.99 off my next purchase.
