Came here for the first time and was really impressed. Lauren was our server. Super nice and good customer service. Place was clean, not a long wait for our food.

Defiantly the worst iHop
The waitress here let us get apple juice with the kids meals and not till the end did she charge us for 4 adult drinks for the kids and said they don’t have kids drinks That’s more than the kids meal itself! That apple juice wasn’t apart of kids meal? I’m confused and annoyed

Everytime I come here Lauren provides the Bestest customer service with a sincere smile !!!

Horrible my friend and I came here for breakfast and spent 30 $ on 2 small plates ! RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!! I asked for hash browns well and they came to me mushy and then they took them back and when I received my new hash browns they were hard as a rock ! My boyfriends bacon was extremely soggy and he asked for crispy. Service was good. I will never come back that’s for sure as well as I will be going down the street and sticking to Denny’s

Started off with snide remarks from the host because they weren’t happy we had a large party. We ordered immediately upon sitting down because of the wait — drinks took 20 minutes, food took 45 minutes. Orders were wrong and cold. We had to send back an egg scramble that came out with cold cheese thrown on top with nothing in it. Pancakes weren’t cooked. Gravy was ice cold. We were offered a discount because of the wait, then they neglected to grant it on our checks. Will NEVER be coming back. Our waiter Rafael tried his best with the horrible kitchen staff.

My family and i went there for the first time. I was a little apprehensive trying a new location since we normally go to the Riverside location. Being a Sunday morning the settings wait was longer then usual, but it was well worth it. Our server Lauren was GREAT, by far the best service I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this IHOP and of course LAUREN as a service!!! My family and I found our new IHOP location thanks to her.

Was there this passed Saturday for breakfast. There were about 11 of us and we had Lauren as our server. I’ve been a server for over 10 years and she was amazing. We had a lot of juice refills (stupid small cups is why) and she never let them go dry for that long. All the good came out correctly and she had a great attitude, very friendly and always smiled.

Worst ihop in the world! We used to come here about once a month and had amazing service and the food was exactly what was expected from an Ihop. The server who used to do Sunday evening switched either moved on or changed hours and they filled it in with this horrible server that we literally walked out on.
My family and I decided to go to Ihop on a Sunday evening being that we normally get decent service and decent food. When we walked in it reeked of sewer, we overlooked that fact because it is literally across the street from a plant. We were seated, and the only guests in the building. The server was rolling silverware and didn’t even glance on our direction. After about 10 minutes we asked the hostess for waters all around. 10 minutes after that the server brings out 3 waters (we were a party 7). My 2 kids were hungry at this point so I asked if I could order for them, only to get a «Not yet, I need to finish this.» Ummm… who responds like that and can’t put in an order for 2 mac and cheeeses because they are getting waters!!! That’s not even the worst part.
The server walked away, and my husband went to put a straw in my 11 month old sons water and it looked like there was a snot in his water. Like the server sneezed and didn’t cover his mouth. At this point we were all disgusted and beyond irratated, and went across the street galaxy. I can’t believe we had this kind of experience. We will not be coming back that’s for sure and I recommend to everyone to go across the street to galaxy or alinas if you want sneeze free food.

Went as a group first time at this location… server was doing his best he was tip worthy. So one of us ordered sirloin tips and it didnt taste like steak at all let alone tips. My steak was also a bit squishy for a well done and artificial tasting on some parts but overall ok. i would give it 3.5, but for a day when we were one of the only two groups they were to slow slow in attendance and food couldve been better.

Great breakfast food, helpful staff and close to work. Not too busy compared to some other locations had breakfast meeting at 8:30 on a weekday and the place was not full we got to eat and finish work too!

This location is much better than the location next to the Ontario Mills. Depending on where you live, or how far you’re willing to drive, I think it would be worth your while to come to this location over the other. This location is far cleaner as well, especially the bathrooms.
The wait is never too long, even when it’s crowded. Usually we go around 1pm to miss the breakfast/​brunch crowd and we’re usually seated right away. The best server is Lauren by far, she is quick and kind and very personable. We ask to sit in her section now. Also the young host, I think his name is Christian, is going to be a great server when he gets promoted. He is very helpful, polite and attentive.
The food is always tasty and the service is quick. At other IHOP’s the food seems to be thrown on the plate and served at all different temperatures, but here everything comes out at the perfect temperature and it looks like it was put together with care.
They have a guy come in on Sundays to do balloons for the kids and he’s very good. I saw him do The Hulk, Spiderman, Ariel, Olaf, Elsa and even a helicopter, among other things.

The food is delicious, the restaurant really clean! Except the waiter passed by us about 6 times and not once asked how we were doing, or if we needed refills (which we did) when our food got to the table I had no juice left and my coffee was practically empty. I had to ask for a refill halfway through my meal because they never asked. Besides that everyone is friendly but I feel they need to have better service!

It’s a bad experience right from the beginning. We were waiting 20 mins (which we normally don’t mind) but a group of five came in and got seated immediately before us because they knew an employee there.
Pancakes came out cold so we sent them back. Pancakes came out a second time, top one was hot but the bottom ones were cold. Did they just put a fresh one on the old ones?
Omelette came out with one piece of bacon and sausage so we sent it back. Came back and it was fine but the server was clearly upset with us for some reason. We weren’t offered any refills on drinks throughout our stay.
I asked if they had a different syrup from a different server, but he never came back so had to ask another.
My pancakes came out plain when I had ordered strawberry ones, which normally doesn’t bother me much but it was just piled on with everything else that went wrong.
This is not the first time meals were wrong, tried giving it another chance and figured they would get better. They didn’t.
Will not be coming back here, closer or not. I rather drive further to get better service.

Just came here with the family for dinner, the place was alone probably only like 2tables taken a waiter attended us right away and we were seated. So we ordered and for there being no people I thought it would be fast they took almost 35 min to get our orders out, on my sister’s burger they forgot to put bacon and i got hashbrowns that were barely even cooked. Those people in the kitchen must of been sleeping on the job, not so happy.

Best chicken fried steak I have had at an IHop

Found a dead fly on my plate! Lost my appetite, manager really didn’t do much which I will not be coming here again! He apologized and just walked away! I would have thought the manager would have been trained better on how to handle the situation. He still had the nerve to charge me for grilled chili I ordered on the side with my meal.
Good luck for those that continue to eat there!

We like this location. The food is always fresh and the late night staff can be entertaining.

I met my sister and her kids here for breakfast… When we got there is was really crowded and we were told it would be a 5 min wait… It turned out to be almost 10 min.
We were then greeted by one of the nicest waitresses names Lauren. She was friendly and even though her station was completely packed, her attitude and customer service never faltered. She was quick attentive and friendly the entire time!!! It’s nice and refreshing to be treated nice and with a smile even though she was swamped! Great job Lauren!!! Keep up the good work!

Ordered a stack of whole wheat pancakes with strawberries and bananas on top. Took forever to receive them. My party was nearly finished with their meal by the time they were brought out. With bananas so brown, it was ridiculous. Looked like they got them from the trash pile at the grocery store. I didn’t ask for anything fancy, these pancakes were on the menu, I just had strawberries added. Ended up getting the pancakes with new banana slices to go since there was no point of me eating them there.
And of course, they had to do this to a pregnant woman who has to feed her unborn baby. Thanks IHOP!

It’s in the middle of a truck stop, or an armpit — aka Ontario.
The service was quick, thank God.
