Jack in the Box

I’m feeling guilty. I have 36 check in s and I’m the duchess and have never reviewed, so here I am! The problem is that I have NEVER gone inside of this location so I can only review the Drive Thru. I drive through on my way to work and here’s what I like. They are fast. They are friendly. The iced tea isn’t nasty and is consistently good and they almost always put the right amount of ice unlike the OTHER Jack in the Box restaurants I frequent.
I go to a few other Jack in the Box restaurants on my route to work, but this one is by far the best. There is a woman in the drive thru who has a bit of a hispanic accent and she is my favorite. Super friendly and efficient.
Overall, this is a great drive thru if you’re needing a Jack in the Box fix. And, if you want my opinion, go with the Supreme Croissant meal and put your hash brown on your sandwich. Oh, and ask them to add mayo sauce. TRUST me. This is the best thing to eat at jack. I know because I eat it like three times a week! haha

Jack in the box is my favorite place ever, but today I don’t Know if this guy who i thought was the shift leader was in a bad mood or what. i order my food only to have gotten in back wrong, but i didn’t mind at all because mistakes happen but when i went to take my food back to the front the guy was very rude all i told him was that i had order a number 13 and he replied with a smart remark oh they gave you egg rolls… i thought that was obvious since i order chicken nuggets for my kids and was holding a box of egg rolls. he grabbed them from me and was like ill call you when there done no i’m sorry can i get you anything, nothing he just rolled his eyes and walked away like i made the mistake. so i sat back down and had gotten up because my kids need sauces and i didn’t receive my other fries so as i walked to the counter the guys grabed a box and was like here here your nuggets and walked away. what the??? i was pissed i asked for ranch and bbq sauce which he only gave me ranch i also said i never got my fries and he took a deep breath like i was bugging him. turn around and gave me some old fries in the warmer. he was like here and walked away. i had to ask the cook for a bbq sauce. i asked the cashier what the guys name one and if he was the shift leader. she said no that the manager his name is DAVID!!!
I was even more mad when i heard that. how unprofessional this manager was. he definitely is not someone i would want to represent my company. he has no customer skills at all and hes the manager.
Jack in the box need to send someone over there to teach the staff some customer service skills. i can say they have definitely lost my service here i guess ill have to go to the o

Honestly i am writing this review because i want to really recognize this employee who works at this location.
She is the BEST woman who extremely has great customer service. Despite her Spanish accent, She is extremely friendly and she is always there when i go either really late or really early at times. She greets me with a welcoming service and always asks me if my visit was great when i receive my food and because of her and her customer service, it always is.
I really hope the management read this because this woman’s name is Elba.
I want to say thank you Elba !!! I will continue to return for the service and the great taste of food… in which i am craving now… maybe a pit stop? haha
