I live down the street from here and each and every time we eat here we get sick (nausea and to the point that we can not keep anything down) for the night and even the next day and so it is safe to say We will not be eating here again

Watch your money. They don’t give you the right amount! The lady was sleek to fold my money and I missing $ 10. Bad service. Never coming to this place again.

Love this facility ! Specially the manager ! She is the best. Great customer service and very friendly staff! Order is always correct & they are not limited to how many sauces they give you like other jacks!

Food is always hot, freshly made. The French fries tasted high-​end. Either a better grade of potato or better grade of oil.

Not a single star. Smh. Order wrong. Not once. Not twice. Three times and under cooked and thrown together. A complete mess. They took a extremely long time and did not prioritize it. Management didn’t care at all. Will not be back. Which is a good thing.

DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISIONING. So, I live right across the street from this jack in the box. They’ve gotten my order wrong so many times, I can’t even count. But that’s not the reason for the one star, I would give none if I could, I’ve gotten food poisoning TWICE from this location. Not only was jack in the box the only thing I’ve eaten BOTH times, but it even sent me to the emergency. I used to love Jack in the box, and my husband still does, so I came to eat here again last night despite having food poisoning before, trying to give them another chance. I had nothing to eat but their chicken ranch club and let me tell you, I have been getting up every two hours vomiting, having severe abdominal pain, and diarrhea, which is obviously food poisoning symptoms. NEVER will I EVER eat at another jack in the box AGAIN!

So far this Jack in the box is our favorite referring to the food and through the drive thru. As for the inside dinning area it’s so and so it’s not the greatest but ok. They do have good customer service when we go there they are always friendly ESPECIALLY (employee Darlene she has Great customer service do to being very friendly) Thank you Darlene! We like this place BUT the reason we give it 4 stars is do to the outside area… There is a large amount of homeless people hanging outside their tables which just makes the place look bad to dine in. But other than that it’s ok.

The food is good for typical jack in the box menu; which I really do like. The reason it’s only getting 3 stars from me is because no matter what time of day or night I go the tacos are always cold! Jack in the box tacos are a must have for me whenever I go to one and cold tacos are not what I look forward to. How much of a hurry are all these employees that every time I go they’re cold! Sounds like a small thing to complain about but it’s my thing when I go there.

I had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive thru cause the girl couldn’t hear me. It was maybe cause she was laughing and talking to another employe in side. She couldn’t hear my order but I could sure hear her laughing n giggling. I ordered an egg & steak burrito and two tacos. As I pulled up to the window I payed and 2min later she comes hands me my bag and come to fined out my tacos ain’t there, I ask her «and my tacos» and her response was ‘ooooh I didn’t know you wanted tacos to’ so I wait another 4 minuets & us on a 30min lunch know how valuable 4min are during lunch break! She’s having a deep conversation with the cook cause that’s were her main focus is the hole time. As she comes with the tacos she hands them to me & just walks away before I can ask for sauce. Leave in a hurry dig in my bag and starts eating away on my way to work and my tacos are not even cook’t all the way. The shell was chewy & the cheese was not even melted, that’s how half ass they were cook’t, put that one down grabbed the other one and the same thing! Toss them out the window & clock’t in. If I wanted raw food I would of just stopped at the 7 – 11 across the street… Thanks jack you let me down.

I always come here late night and the service is always great. Surprisingly enough they have never gotten my order wrong, I know I know weird right, but true. If you get a raspberry ice tea make sure to ask for an extra pump of syrup so it won’t be so watered down.

Talk about bad service, I went to this Jack in the Crack the other night because I was hungry and it was on the way home. There was 3 cars ahead of me so it wasn’t that bad I ordered a order of tacos and a jumbo jack w/​cheese and was in the drive thru for about 15 min waiting. Dude WTF I mean really how long does it take to get an order right. They looked like they were under staffed or just didn’t know what the hell they were doing. I mean you think its going to be fast food… FAIL!!!
