I lived here for a year(12÷2014−12÷2015) and cannot complain about the apartments at all. The area feels safe, is often quiet and my neighbors were great. I feel other apartments in this price range are much worse. The apartments are affordable, but do not feel cheap. I felt I got what I paid for. I never dealt with maintenance, so I cannot comment on their performance. Overall I’d recommend The Landing and would come back in a heartbeat!

DONOTLIVEHERE! I lived here back in back 08 and it was the worst 3 months of my life. I lived on the 2nd floor and my neighbors were terrible. I was a local truck driver at the time and would leave for work anywhere between 3 and 5am and would get home anywhere between 2 and 5pm. There was a couple that lived under me, the husband work but the wife didn’t, and from the moment I would get home all you would here is the tv or radio blasting through the floor. After about a month there I would have a late start time once a week, so I wouldn’t leave for work until about 8am… well I soon realized that the wife’s normal routine with the loud music started around 7am after her husband would leave. The same Damn thing on the weekends. Now the neighbor upstairs next to me would play some video game with surround sound… just use your imagination on the noise. I complained to management and nothing changed, it got so bad I started sleeping in my kids room. The noise in the living room was so bad I could barely here my tv, same for my bedroom. WAITITGETSBETTER! This is a dirt bag company plane and simple. I went and bought out of my 6 month lease, a little over $ 2200 bucks. The manager Lupe never gave me a walk through before I moved and had the audacity to keep my deposit. The apt was spotless when I left, in the 3 months there I didn’t even fully unpack because I knew early on I wasn’t gonna make 6 months. So I sued for my deposit, due you know Lupe didn’t even show up to the hearing and the attorney brought pics that weren’t even from my apt. Let me say that again, this dirt bag ass company brought pics from a different dirty apt. I had my own pics but the judge ended up awarding me only half my deposit. Listen to me when I say this, if your a working person that appreciates quietness when your home run like hell… If you don’t work and don’t have shit to do all day but make noise from Sun up to Sun down this is the place for you. Most tenants don’t buy out of there lease, but this company is so dirty they took that and try to keep my deposit. As long as Lupe is there this will continue to be a dirt bag ass apt complex.

Called to get some information about these apartments. This lady named Lupe answered. It sounded like she had just woken up from taking a nap. I asked if any apartments were available, she said NO. She didn’t even ask me when I was planning to move, my name, she didn’t have any questions for me. I asked if anyone would be moving out in the next month or two, she said NO. I asked if any leases were going to expire in the next moth or two, and she said that people tend to renew their leases and not leave. I asked if she can check to see if any leases were going to expire and she said she would have to look in her files, then said she was too busy, and couldn’t check. I’m glad I got to see how potentially awful it could be to live here even before giving this place a chance. The way this lady acted is just a peak at things to come. I’d steer clear from this place. I’m assuming she went right back to sleep after hanging up the phone with me. My advice, look elsewhere.

Nice apartments, quiet location, very affordable for working families but the«cow smell» can be overbearing and will take sometime to get used to!
